I have received and purchased 2 new bikes for Inglis Cycle, one in 2017 and another in 2018. The purchase experience was excellent, Gord Inglis knows his brands very well and was very helpful in selecting the brand and models that suited our goals. They have a great selection of bikes and brands to choose from, we are off road racers and the Yamaha, Kawasaki and Suzuki are great brands that meet every level of rider or racer.

The Inglis family link to motorcycling and motorcycles goes back almost to the beginning of the sport itself. In the early 1900's, George William Foster, Mike, Gord and Lori's great grandfather established G.W.Foster Co. Ltd in London, England.

I ordered a pile of parts prior to the Xmas break.
The parts were forwarded to me, which is a very helpful courtesy. Unfortunately the order was incomplete. I called the parts department back,
and to their credit, there was no defensiveness or argument. Dave just said: “…I’ll look into it and get right back to you”. Sure enough, they acknowledged the error and express shipped the missing parts to me, which I received in two days. Mistakes happen, and they responded in the best way possible. I am very happy with the parts department, they have certainly earned my business!

Nothing but good experiences here. Plenty of accessories, bikes, ATVs, etc.
Adam in service is so helpful and pleasant. Last year he had to find a special part to make a repair. He gives accurate estimates for when servicing will be done.
I do wish that they had longer hours. It's darn near impossible to get a Saturday appointment and the hours during the week are mostly 9:00-18:00 except for 9:00-20:00 on Thursday.

The VP of sales, Mike Inglis, tells me that I am banned from their store for sending one slightly harsh email message to them.
I was also told that if I contacted the store again I would have legal action taken against me.
This store is not customer friendly in my opinion. This shop maybe a 1%er store. Beware as the owner makes threats.

In Xmas spirit, thought I would write a review of my old friend, Inglis Cycle. Back in the day when me and my 5 friends each had a junky old motorbike and were trying to make ends meet while at school in London, we knew we could count on Inglis. Don't know if they felt sorry for us, or were just planning for the future, but I specifically remember that they kept my old katana 1100 running even though I really couldn't afford to pay for the bill- in any event, we worked something out. All that to say that it was just always a pleasure to deal with them- we always thought that they were
