Hetty is incredible! She did an amazing lash lift and tint. It was my first time ever getting something like this done I was a bit nervous but she is very professional and a lovely conversationalist. She was very willing to educate me on the services she offers and I learned a lot. Very lovely experience with a lovely end result. Thank you Hetty (I’ll be back for henna tinting next 😉)

There are so many horror stories of poor experiences people have had with poorly trained people but Hetty was outstanding and beyond all my expectations!! From the start, I had a ton of questions and i was worried but she was Incredibly informative, caring and wise so that's why i chose to trust her with my eyebrows. Love my new brows!! I am so happy with the end result and don’t have to fuss with them anymore! They were getting patchy and thin, so this made all the difference in my morning routine. Hetty is very concerned with the customer getting exactly what they want, making sure you are absolutely comfortable with the whole experience. I’m currently exploring henna brows as I was a total newbie to anything eyebrows. Hetty is taking gentle progress to find my preferred shape design before stepping forward to making the jump to a permanent brow fix for me. I have been getting my brows micro-bladed for about 5 years now & they seem to fade between 6 months to a year. I just had Nano brows & shading done recently by Hetty, I am extremely pleased, she is new at doing this however she has done a lot of research in order to make sure her clients are happy & get lasting results which truly is key. Hetty is very meticulous & talented, if you are looking for someone that wants to ensure you are 100% satisfied look no further Hetty is the best choice.

I was a little nervous at first to be getting my lashes lifted and brows tinted, but I was immediately put at ease. I have gone multiple times to have my lashes lifted and tinted. This was by far the best I have ever had. My lashes never fell flat until well into my 2nd month of having them done. My lashes never broke like they have in the past with previous Lash Professionals.
She is very thorough, clean, and sanitary.
I highly recommend Defining Beauty Lash & Brow Boutique.
