From the day I met the owner Paul Hartman in the showroom to the day of installation dealing with one of his staff Khero, the entire process was very pleasant and seamless. As you can see from the first… picture below, the blackout drapes made the master bedroom looks like a 5 start hotel room! The drapes completely block the lights and eliminate the white noise from downtown Toronto traffic. I have been sleeping a lot better since the drapes were installed. The second panel of drapes for the other bedroom completed the space. The drapes have brought a lot of warmth and coziness to the room

I am hoping that they will fix the problem to my satisfaction. So far, my Hunter Douglas, Silhouette, beautiful-looking blinds do not pull up properly. They had to re-do them -- still have problems pulling the blinds up -- I am hoping they will have someone from the manufacturing team come to take a look and see what the problem is and fix them... stay tuned....I will let you how the customer service part goes...I am hopeful that I can change the rating to a 5.

We needed custom drapes with some automated features for our new house and a friend of mine told me to check out National Drapery. I thought getting them custom-made would be too expensive but in the end I'm really glad I did.
Winifred, the designer that worked with us was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and the space works and looks way better now than it would have otherwise... I would definitely recommend National Drapery to anyone looking for high-end custom draperies and professional service.

I have been a returned customer of National Drapery for many years. I have purchased both curtains and blinds. I have had to send some blinds back for repair. They were repaired and reinstalled in no time. Ciara replied promptly to my emails and questions in a professional manner. Excellent customer service. I have just took advantage of their NO HST sale and can't wait to have my new curtains installed. Highly recommend National Drapery to anyone looking for custom curtains and good quality blinds.

Paul Hartman of National Drapery was recommended to me by someone I trusted in the design industry. He provided me a reasonable quote. He was very useful in helping me pick out a style and fabric for my Lutron shades. The system he and his associates installed works flawlessly. The price came in exactly as quoted.I've had no problems with them two years later. I called Paul a few days ago to see if he could upgrade my system and he was again very helpful. I would highly recommend!!

Very disappointed with the result of spending $2900 for 15' of sheers and swag drapes. It will take 3 visits from the installer and designer to deliver something that looks mediocre. For that much money, it should look fabulous. And the designer could only be contacted by e-mail as she never left a contact phone number. I would not recommend this company, and if you do use them, make sure they sketch what they do as part of the contract, preferably with a photo to indicate what the end result will look like.
