Very happy with the recent work SS&R did for us. These guys were extremely responsive and helpful when we needed them. Having their expert opinion on helping us decide on the best approach for our stairs was really appreciated. Kevin is really a nice guy (he actually has it trademarked and can see why!) and the team stepped up and make sure everything was templated beforehand, they were on time to start the work, finished ahead of schedule, and right on budget of what they said it would cost. Prompt and quality service. Reached out to them for an estimate to replace a railing from oak to metal. They replied in a very timely fashion with a reasonable estimate on materials and labor. In the end my client decided to replace two broken spindles instead. After searching at many other places for the hard to find spindle design Spindle, Stairs & Railings came through promptly to save the day. Thank you.

The work is great. The installers were on time and did excellent work. To my surprise a couple days after the install a quality control person came over and made sure we were 100% happy with the railings.The quality control guy was extremely thorough and wouldn't leave even the slightest detail alone. From the concept, to the design, to the finished install they answered the phone every single time I called. Very impressed.

They were simply awesome! I stopped in to the shop to take a look at the options and discuss what we were looking for. We needed it done quickly, they came out to measure, provided a quote and the next day started the job. The railing was done in a day and looked fantastic. I thought the price was also very competative and fair. It turns out they had done my parents railing 20 years ago when they built their house. I would highly recommend them!

Who would have thought of a spindle and stairs Company for COVID protection products?
Thanks to Dave and the Team for providing some great quality, adjustable and reasonably priced COVID 19 plexiglas screens and mounting hardware. From the time the order was placed to delivery and installation (including having to go back to the shop and swap out a couple brackets) was less than 8 hours. We have since needed another custom cut solution and again were pleasantly surprised by their service and delivery. Have already referred them to other potential Customers. Had these guys install my laminate on the stairs. They installed the fascia, capping and laminate all in one day. They arrived when they said they were going to and wrapped up earlier than expected. They were clean, safe and experienced in their craft. Through out the day, they were interactive and informative providing education on what they were doing. Great guys to work with! I would use them again and definitely recommend them.

Very happy with this company. Professionals with competitive pricing. They installed new stairs and railings for a high end renovation. I talked with some of the larger more well known company's in town and they just didn't have the enthusiasm for the job that Spindle Stairs and Railings had. On time, quick turn around, friendly employees. Would hire them again for sure.
