The Holiday Park Resort Referral Program is a sweet deal for everyone! Invite family, friends, co-workers for a first time stay or to become another proud owner! Award winning wineries, world class ski resorts, snow sledding, championship golf courses, home of WHL champion Kelowna Rockets.
Marion Lahey and Nicole Joakimides, Holiday Park's on-site Realtors, have received several awards from Coldwell Banker Canada for outstanding sales achievements and excellence in customer service! We stayed for one night having booked by phone as the sites were quite busy in August. The resort is near to Kelowna airport; you see and hear the odd plane coming in but it wasn't overbearing at all!

Services
Yes, a credit card and valid photo ID are required to check you into your RV Site or Condo. Security is on site 24/7 - just use the radio located at the entrance gate to call Security and they will check you in. It is advised that you call the resort reservations department or front desk to advise that you will be arriving late.
Founded in 1983 by Saul Sigal and Jody LaFontaine on the shores of Duck Lake just north of Kelowna, Holiday Park Resort has grown from an empty field to a year round destination for travelers, vacationers, retirees and permanent residents. Over the years the resort's more than 3,000 members have been joined by visitors from around the world.
Holiday Park Resort is fortunate to have the Lake Country portion of the Okanagan Rail Trail running right alongside the resort. A few steps out the gate and you're on the scenic trail that stretches the entire length of Holiday Park, along Duck Lake and further south toward Kelowna. To the north, the trail passes through lower Winfield to the shores of Wood Lake, Oyama, Kalamalka Lake and continues toward Vernon.
Download and print a free, no obligation Visitor Passes for yourself, family, friends, co-workers. We invite you to come in at your convenience and have a look at what we're all about. At the entrance gate, exchange your Visitor Pass for a Drive-thru Pass and sweetlife candy, browse through the resort and see all that we have to offer.

The reception process was good and we soon parked up on our pitch, and hooked up to services.

We stayed for 6 months at this place (because of the covid). Employees on site are very nice. VERY DISAPPOINTED of the office employees. We arrived the Last day of September and they charged us full rate(last day if high season) even if we stayed 6 months!! Site assigned upon arrival: there was a lot when we arrived but they gave us the most shadow site! Asked to change without succes😡 even if they were a lot free for 2 months!!!
They also charged us $600 (in 1 time) for our car trailer even if some have on their site 2 or 3 vehicles. We only have one.
Get a very hard time with the water:

I started out in a “B” studio & it was too small. The fridge is a dorm fridge. Which was way too small. I had to throw out some food because there wasn’t enough room. You could hear the neighbours through the door/wall because the suites connect together. You can also hear anyone that walks on the balcony. The bed also happens to be right on the wall that the balcony is on. Also on the balcony right above the window that happened to be above the bed is a light... & lights up the entire studio at night because they use shades instead if curtains. So if you need complete darkness in order to

Went when all but 1 pool was open and there were limited activities. Has the potential to be a 4 star when everything is in full swing. But it's a great set up with condos and RV sites. Showers, parks, pools & hot tub, fish pond, little par 3 course, lake / beach, off leash dog area, restaurant & convenient store (which I'm sure will be new soon as they caught fire September of 2020). People are nice. Rooms are older but still do the job. Must bring in your own drinking water as it's all soft water.
