Services
In its simplest form, we divide the yearly savings by the total investment: Eg. $1,000 of energy savings per year, divided by $2,000 total investment, equals 50% R.O.I. To create a more accurate picture, we then factor in maintenance costs and equipment depreciation. Of course, lights don't pay you.
An initial assessment looks at what lights you have in your business, when and how they're used, what works well and what could be improved. This can take between 10 minutes to several hours, depending on the size and complexity of the facilities.

In very broad lines, it serves to guide everyone in the direction that makes most sense: whether it is immediate cost savings, improving the conditions for personnel on the floor, or laying out a long-term plan.Once we discover what's most suitable, we delve in more depth and work out a detailed strategy.
A typical timeline will consist of the planning stage (1-4 weeks), the rebate application (n/a-3 weeks), product delivery (0 to 3 weeks), and the work itself, as described above. The total timeline from planning to completing all the work can be as short as 1 week, and for larger projects can take as long as 4 months.
If we designed, supplied and installed the whole project, we stand behind every aspect of it. If we furnished the equipment, and your staff installed it, we will supply replacement equipment only. Just contact your sales representative. Remediating a faulty light is no different than installing a new one, so we don't see a reason to handle a warranty call differently from a sales call.
Instead of buying the efficiency upgrade equipment - a fancy way of saying 'lights' - and investing a sum of money up front, another option is to simply lease the equipment and pay for it out of the hydro bill savings. This can be a very attractive option where the lease payment is less than the monthly savings, in which case you realize immediate net savings from the moment the upgrade is completed.
