Today's new high efficiency furnaces can save up to 50% in operating costs over a ten-year-old furnace. Many 1990 and earlier model furnaces have Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency (AFUE) ratings of 65% or less. The minimum AFUE rated furnace that can be sold in the United States today is 80%. Our current product offering starts at 80% AFUE and goes all the way to a very efficient 96.6% AFUE rating.
Air conditioners may look similar, but their Seasonal Energy Efficiency Rating (SEER) can vary widely. Higher SEER numbers save more money spent on electricity. Even though 13 SEER is the minimum efficiency available, we currently offer a line of air conditioners that start at 13 SEER and go all the way up to a 20 SEER.
Health Canada reports that Canadians spend up to 90% of their time indoors. This makes indoor air quality very important to your health and comfort. Indoor air pollutants such as mold spores, dust mites, animal dander, pollen and smoke are just some of the contaminates that circulate through the home.
If your home has hot water radiators in each room for heat, you have a boiler to heat the water. Like a furnace, the energy efficiency of a boiler is given as the Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency (AFUE). Boilers manufactured since 1992 must have an AFUE of at least 80%. We offer a complete line of gas and oil boilers starting at 80% AFUE and up.

Needed a new furnace igniter, called Professional after hours at 7pm to track down the part. Dealt with Jeff, he was super helpful, friendly, and had a universal igniter on-hand. Everything was done so "professionally" !!!
Doug and all the staff responded in a timely manner to phone calls and eMails.
Appointments were scheduled right away for quote and install and everything was "on time".
Everything was explained verbally and in writing.
All questions were answered before and after the install.
Erica went out of her way to deliver paperwork to me so that I would not have to leave my office.
Doug came out to the house post-install to answer some additional questions and make sure everything was just right!

Came home to a furnace not working, was recommended Professional through friends so I called them up. Explained what was happening to my furnace and they walked me through how to fix it myself on the phone, no charge, and now the furnace works again!
