Robert is passionate about practicing law and ensuring his clients get the best results possible. Originally a musician, Robert's strong sense of justice lead him to pursue a career in law. Robert graduated with distinction from the University of Alberta, Faculty of law in 2002. He then practiced with RMRF LLP until 2006 when he then became a Crown Prosecutor.
Wally completed his LLB degree at the University of London and went on to obtain an LLM degree from Golden Gate University in US Law. Wally has worked at two leading boutique injury firms and has spent most of his legal career in injury law. He has extensive experience acting for a variety of injured clients and is a strong advocate for his clients.

I am so happy I decided to see Moustarah and company after my car accident. I dealt mostly with Robert, but the whole team was very friendly and most importantly, helpful. Robert helped me navigate all the steps I should take post accident, and what treatments I should take advantage of. I wouldn’t look for other lawyer, they could be a little pricier than others but definitely worth the money when it’s your future at the line. They got all my charges dropped without me even showing up to court. Always reply quickly. They explain the situation you’re in with complete honesty and answer questions in details.
