I am the Owner/Operator of ACE Sewer &Drain Cleaning ltd, Established since 2005. Todd from Ace showed up and got the job done. Had a bit of a backup in the basement and unlike 6 years ago when a city crew of two came by, he managed to get it done quickly without making a mess... all on his own.
The previous people made of disaster of a mess and tracked black goo all over one corner of the basement, the stairs leading up to the main floor, and all throughout a hallway. They didn't even clean up after.
To prevent this in the future I will be calling Ace for maintenance of the sewer line. 5 stars!

My basement drain backed up on a Late Saturday evening. Spent a solid hour on BBB, google search and Yelp trying to get reviews for a plumber.
Called one outfit listed in phone book and online as 24 hr Emergency service. Left a call back with the answering service agent at 11 pm. No reply!!
Sunday morning at 10:15 am called Todd Quartermain of Ace Sewer & Drain. Left callback on his voice mail.
Todd called back within 10 minutes. He was at another job site.
He showed up within an hour as he promised.
Spent an hour and 30 minutes at my place and successfully unplugged my sewer line that was
