We have been installing security cameras for the last 25 years in residential and commercial buildings. Excellent service and follow up. Ken replaced my old security system with a new one. He gave me a couple of choices and explained the benefits of each. He answered all my questions and called a few days after the initial installation to check if everything worked well, and if I still had any questions. He is friendly and professional. I am a very happy customer and will definitely recommend Ken and his business to my friends.

Very satisfied with the overall experience that Ken provided. He is knowledgeable and takes his time to explain the process so you’re aware of what he’s doing and purpose behind it. Furthermore, Ken gave me the overview of how the DSC alarm system works better than any manual!

I called Ken because I was in a pickle. I was having the siding on my house replaced and in the process a wire to an alarm contact was damaged. I couldn't hold up the contractors, but if they finished the wall the only repair option would have been to cut into drywall to find the break.
Ken responded quickly. He was knowledgeable, efficient, personable and even though I dragged him away from another job, he charged fairly.
I would DEFINATELY call him again!
