I can't say enough about Brad and his team at Vytality. My mom was thrilled with the service - the kindness, the laughter - so respectful. The team was coming in four days a week to help mom with meals and cleaning and grooming and for company. Brad took my mom to a stressful doctor's appointment where she required some painful treatment and afterwards Brad bought her lunch and on the way back to Calgary from Cochrane they stopped and had a picnic and enjoyed the fall beauty. What could have been a terrible day for my mom because of the medical treatment turned into what my mom says - "was one

I highly recommend Vytality at Home. I am Physiotherapist from Physiocare at Home that worked in partnership with the team at Vytality. I provided physiotherapy assessments to clients in their home and instructed the care support team from Vytality on how to complete the prescribed exercise program with the clients. The care team did a fantastic job working with the clients under my supervision to get the client more mobile while minimizing pain. My aunt keeps raving about the excellent care and quality personalized experience she and my uncle have received from Vytality at Home. She continually speaks about how supported she feels by Brad, Annette, and all of the staff. They were incredibly kind and caring throughout my uncle's illness and passing, and continue to provide ongoing support and dedicated care. When my parents’ mobility declined late in life, they struggled to stay fit. Although they received some physio through AHS, they were unable to independently follow the prescribed exercise plans. Thankfully, we discovered Vytality at Home, a unique senior care agency as they offer recreational therapy in addition to the regular services.
Under the outstanding guidance of Gerald, my parents’ care giver for the past 2 years, they have been able to maintain their level of fitness while in LTC. Gerald, as well, is a lovely companion, takes them for walks and assists with many of their other needs

Brad and his team have been an excellent support and resource for our family. We have needed some minimal support for our brain injured family member and Brad was able to arrange in home physio as well as a caregiver to provide follow-up and other supports to us. Brad goes out of his way to check in and be available for questions and issues. He definitely goes above and beyond and is highly flexible to our specific needs. I would highly recommend Vytality at Home for any of your caregiving support needs.
