It was from this website and the positive reviews I saw that I decided to call John at Rockscapes. He came within a couple days and gave me a quote for my driveway and sidewalk. John kept me informed when his crew would be coming to do the work. He and his team are professional and personable. The work was done quickly and efficiently. What I was quoted is what I paid. John and his team delivered a product which we are super pleased with. John is very knowledgeable, communicates well and pays particular attention to detail. In order to have our new pad poured Rockscapes crew had to take out old existing concrete, removed a "hill", level, frame and pour a *hitload of concrete all through a narrow walkway as we do not have alley or garage access. A few concerns and suggestions were discussed with John and received well. Dealing with John from Rockscapes was like a breath of fresh air. There isn't a single reason why I wouldn't recommend anybody to call him if they are looking for concrete work. Every time he said that he would be stopping by at a certain time he did. When he said that his crew would be calling and stopping by they did. Then when it came time to do the work the crew (including John) showed up, got the job done, cleaned up and were gone. Everybody was pleasant and most importantly they are truly skilled at their trade. When it was time to settle up with John the invoice was exactly what he quoted

We had a tight timeline to meet and John and his t am made it happen! John was super responsive and the coloured and stamped concrete patios we added look terrific. Their professionalism was impressive, especially when we found there were some issues with our sprinklers after. They quickly got on top of it and got it fixed.
