I used this company through my insurance because my windshield was damaged. They reached out to me immediately after my insurance approved the claim and had me scheduled for the next day. The technician that arrived was courteous and patient.
The dispatcher (Paige) is amazing. Very accommodating and professional, and overall positive attitude. Very refreshing in comparison to dealing with local service vendors. Highly recommend them.

I called USA Auto Glass because it's a small local company that was near by and they had a lot of good reviews. I spoke with Jennifer. She was polite and knowledgeable. She took my vehicle information and was able to give me a quote with a next day installation. The quote was favorably competitive. The technician, Alex, arrived on time the next morning. He replaced the windshield on my 350Z in less than an hour. My car had 2 plastic door strips that need to be removed for the window replacement. They were previously broken and on order but hadn't arrived yet. Alex showed me how to install them

Excellent service! USA auto glass responded quickly. I left message on Sunday and Monday morning they contacted me and by the afternoon my window was fixed. Alex was the technician and did a great job. Professional and friendly. I’m grateful for their service and would call again if needed!

Had a drivers side window regulator failure 2 days before an 1800 mile extended trip in early July . Located in Key West where no local / quick repair possible. Contacted Jennifer at USA Auto Glass on South Dixie in Homestead, 120 miles away and she quickly arranged for a response by Technician Eric who handles Keys area to divert and respond … the next day. Even arranged for a spare window glass to be available if needed (was not needed). Eric repaired the problem in about an hour and was able to proceed on my trip. 5 stars. Highly recommended.

Excellent service, Carlos the technician did the job quickly but well done. there is no way to know it is not the original glass of the car. Small details also influence a job, for example the boy was very careful removing the sunpass from the broken glass without damaging it. I want to highlight how friendly and professional Jennifer is, the girl who answered us on the phone, she helped us with the insurance and everything was easy, they also arrived at my house on time. we are definitely happy with the work, and we will call USA Auto Glass if we need similar work in the future

The day of my service, the installer, Larry Washington, called to confirm his arrival time that morning and he was on time. Larry completed the replacement super fast and my power window works better than before with NO glass in my car or my seat! USA Auto Glass is magical.
