I've been working closely with World Emblem for a while now, Jonathan Ramirez their CSR, is always very helpful and communicative. We speak over any issues and he resolves them in a timely manner. Same goes with their Sales VP, Tony Morando, always helping us with any questions we may have. Both very friendly and great people to work with. I ordered a few of the face masks advertised on Facebook (under the name of Name Badges International). I found them to be of inferior quality & useless as they do not sufficiently cover the nose & mouth, nor stretch at all to stay in place. I contacted the company & was asked to return the masks to receive a refund. The masks were returned over… one month ago but I have not received the refund as promised. The last email received 2 weeks ago assured me that the refund was in process. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS ELSEWHERE as it is my opinion that this company is shady.
