I made over a $13,000 purchase. Auction advertised a certain product for sale. I went to pick it up, and some of the things that were advertised, were not there. I have contacted the owner 4 times, and 4 times he has said he will look into it and call me back, which he hasn't. No integrity. They leave me no choice but to pursue this legally.

Is this business even a real auction house? It seems like they only have a website and no idea on how to have a auction. I bought a item off website, I had no direction on how to pay, where to go. It sounded like someone running it out of there house in the country side. I will never attempt to be a customer again for this fake auction house. So many better options out there. Be warned this is not a real auction house
