Well, i got my hair cut by an old lady who was just unwelcoming. i showed a picture of what style of haircut i want to have and she said okay, but it wasnt. she didnt really understand what i wanted to describe, and she blamed me for it despite the picture shown to her. i had the feeling of being racist, as she continuously mumbled something like this chinese student like this and like that, and she kinda yelled at me that she had been cuting my hair for the third times for just 23 dollars? i didnt really understand what she meant but i really felt upset about it. i ended up getting an unwanted

I've been a customer since 2007 when they were located a street away on Cooper and Bank. The two brothers running the place are amazing. These days Shaq is manning the shop + helpers. Ask for him.

My wife and I were visiting Ottawa and I decided the city would be a great place to get cleaned up. They're open later than the other shops and got me right in at my scheduled time. Shaq the owner and barber is a perfectionist and cut my hair and beard just as I asked. This was by far the best experience I've ever had at a barber!

Been here around four times so far; always great service! Friendly employees, reasonable price, and careful cutters! Always leaving a happy customer.

Note: the wait times are sometimes more than ideal, but I take that into consideration before going to any barber shop.

Waited for an hour for barber to come back from a 20 minute break. Left. Second time I went the older barber was careless and rough.
