The use of the name Trico was taken by another company and Nirantha's sons Hillary and Delano changed the name to Transcorp. Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Doesn't take the responsibility of their shipments. Sent a TV to SL last year but when picking it up TV screen was damaged but no one (Canada office or Sri Lankan office) provided solution. Canada office was saying i sent a broken TV to SL. I have no idea how they came up with an such lame excuse. No more business with them

Critical: Responsiveness
The dispatch is always hard to reach. We always can't reach them to the empty container. Our business also affected due to their empty container blocked our loading dock. Transportation is fast moving field, I really upset about their pace.
