My 2 boys ( 2008 and 2010) attended Jim's camp for a week in August. They loved it. Jim and his instructors were great at fine tuning their skating, puck handling and shooting all while having fun doing it. I myself have been to a lot of hockey camps as a minor player but this was my boys first camp, big difference I noticed right away was Jim cared about all the players on the ice, that goes a long way in player development.

Anyone can teach skating, shooting or passing. Quigs teaches HOCKEY. Our son had the good fortune to play a season with Quigs as his coach. It was during this time that our son’s passion grew and more… importantly his Hockey IQ grew. Jim helped him to understand what parts of the game the drills were for and when. We’d recommend Jim and his team to anyone who wants their athletes to improve.

Jim has a way of understanding what players individually need in order to improve. He notices small nuances about how they skate or shoot and knows how to fix it. You are able to see an instant improvement. Also, Jim teaches his players how to play hockey. He turns them into hockey players. I highly recommend Jim!

Our son decided he wanted to play hockey when he was 8. He hadn't been on skates since he was 4 and knew nothing of the game. We put him in Tyke at our local arena and he picked up quickly but due to his age he needed to move to Atom and skip pre-novice and novice. The Tyke coach was amazing with him but warned us that there was no way he could keep up with Atom the following year. No one I spoke to knew of any summer camps since most arenas pull the ice. Then we found Jim Quigley through a Google search. The most dedicated person I have ever met!! He and the rest of his team are AMAZING! Through
