Pleasure & Pain Ink Tattoo
After years of working for outdated shops and employers, Kelly Pain opened a studio that would better reflect his visions of the industry. Tired of the intimidating old fashioned "tattoo shop", he was eager to revamp the attitudes, etiquette and image of the scene.

Alongside some of the youngest up and coming tattoo artists from all over the cultural spectrum, Pleasure & Pain Ink Tattoo and Piercing Studio was established in the heart of Mississauga, at Dundas & Hurontario st.A year after opening the shop, Pleasure and Pain ink Inc was selected among three other candidates to tattoo Chris Bosh, former captain of the Toronto Raptors for a documentary titled 'First Ink'.
Services
If you need to touch your piercing, make sure your hands have been cleaned thoroughly with antibacterial soap. Do not move or rotate your piercing/implant; your bodies own mechanical movement will do it. Rinse your mouth 2-3 times a day with mouthwash for 7 days, and eat or drink anything cold with a lot of ice cubes ie.
Appointments are necessary for medium to larger pieces as it allows the artist to design and prepare your tattoo. To book a tattoo appointment, it would be best to drop by the studio to speak with an artist. Bring/ send any references materials/ inspiration you have for the piece and specify the area you're looking to get tattooed.
Before it all, I worked in the medical field as a lab technician and nursing assistant. Not to mention also being a mom to my energetic 12 year old son, Seven Pain. I enjoyed working in the medical field but I knew my life needed more excitement, and more family time. 12 years ago i remember siting in our living room with Kelly, brain storming on ideas to start a tattoo and piercing studio.
All needles used in tattoos and body piercings are fresh out of sterile packaging, opened before your eyes, and disposed of after each use in front of you. Stations are disinfected and sanitized before and after each use between clients. Every two weeks our sterilization equipment is swabbed and sent off to a lab for spore testing, and we are proud to say that with over 15 years of operation, we have never had a fail or infraction.

My friend and I came to take advantage of the 3 for $60 piercing deal they have ongoing. The deal is a great value for the money, and the shop itself was clean, updated, and had a nice ambiance (decor/music etc.)The front desk staff were very nice.
The piercer on the other hand was clearly tired and frankly a bit rude. Did not say hello and was very rushed and curt the entire time: (“So what do you want?” “Glasses off.” “Look down.” “Move over.”) I had a few concerns about the placement on my nose and lobe and while she did re-mark my nose it was clear she was annoyed. The lobe

I will never be going back here. I have gotten multiple piercings in the past and very well versed with the process so decided to try a new place. Firstly, the receptionist had no idea what was going on. Every single person who walked in she told them when asked how long, that it would be 20 minutes. I told her I would wait in the car because it was cold outside and the covid capacity was high she didn’t say anything, and when I returned, she simply laughed and said idk where your spot is now and then made us go to the back of the line. Even after this 20 minutes, we waited ANOTHER 2.5 hours

Me and my son got multiple piercings here. The receptionist was very friendly and well informed. The lady that pierced us was clean, quick and professional.
The after care information was thorough. We love our piercings. I highly recommend this place and we will return again soon!

Went for the 3/$60 deal with my friends a while back - the girl at the front was the sweetest! but the piercer rushed through the whole process (it was busy, i get it). they used a curved barbell for my helix piercing, which totally messed up the healing process and now i have to go to another (reputable) piercer to check if it’s crooked :(

I got my ears pierced for the first time back on September 23, 2021. The piercer informed me to use the solution for 2 weeks which I did and to use HOT WATER only for 2 months after the solution. However, the norm is to use sea salt water but I trusted the piercers advice. This was terrible advice as I took out my piercings for the first time on December 23rd. The process to take out my earrings was extremely painful. To add on, my ears were inflamed and had bumps around the piercing area on my earlobe. My ear is on the verge of infection and my piercing hole already closed up. I have to go re

This place is so bad I'd like to give them a zero. But that's not possible so I'm giving them a 1. Came here for ear piercings and they did not do a good job. The piercings are not aligned on my ears, the piercer did it very quickly it seems without making sure they were aligned. Same thing with my friend I came with. Additionally, the earrings they used came out very easily and they charged me $5 just to replace the back. They informed me these types of earrings fall out very easily and need to be replaced often. Then why still use them and charge me for a replacement? Other piercing places allow

This shop is one of the best places I've been pierced at! Super friendly staff, affordable pricing (especially the 3/$60 piercings including jewelry) and cleanly environment, even the music was great. Nikki pierced my friend and I, she was amazing. Piercings turned out perfect, she was super sweet and attentive. definitely going to be coming back for more piercings (and maybe a tattoo!)

Great customer service and efficiency. Front desk is always kind and knowledgeable. They always answer the phone and address any questions or concerns. The last time I went was to get 3 ear piercings and Bella was so kind and precise. She took her time and made sure I was totally comfortable and loved the placement before starting. I went back 2 weeks later because I was worried about the swelling and they replaced my helix with a larger bar right away (zero wait) and free of charge! overall an awesome place.

My girlfriend who has many piercings got a new piercing from a very rude Natalie or Nicole (I don't remember the name exactly) from this place last week and it came out terrible. The piercing got bloody and crusty and bumpy she did a horrible job and had no care or professionalism what so ever. We would NEVER recommend Pleasure and Pain for anyone looking to get any new piercings. This was one of the worst experiences ever, STAY AWAY please look at the picture it speaks for itself absolutely disgusting work and responsibility.

I am super disappointed with my septum piercing. I was pierced by Toolz and while she seemed confident and experienced, my piercing came out very crooked. I was immediately displeased. Toolz said let’s do it again, so I did. The second attempt was better but still crooked. I called the next day to see if she would do the piercing again because I was still very disappointed with the placement. She said to wait until it heals, but if I wanted it done again they would charge me full price.
Not only did she do my piercing free hand, she commented after the first attempt that my septum piercing from
