We experienced a faulty plumbing valve leading from our sump pump whilst at a cottage 3+ hours away on a weekend. Needless today it was a rush trip back to Toronto with all the stress of waiting to see the amount damage that occurred. During the ride back I called 3-4 restoration companies and after being hung up on or told that they don't go that far (downtown Toronto) I happened upon Mike. He was the only one that listened and offered meaningful ways forward. He met us at the property a few hours later and was there the next day with his crew to start the clean up. When we called them after unexpected flooding in our office over a weekend these guys were amazing. Our call was answered immediately and they arrived within a few hours. By late afternoon all of the water was gone and cleanup was finished. When we came in the following morning you would have never known the disaster that we had walked into the day before. Within a few days the damage was repaired and everything looked even better than before! Thank you so much for being awesome!

After a great evening with friends, we woke up in the morning to a burst pipe downstairs and we called Mike Porco from Oshawa Restoration. His service was quick and very professional. He and his team worked well to minimize the damage and clean up. He helped with negotiating with insurance company to ensure everything damaged was replaced properly. He was very assuring during this difficult time for us. They kept the area very clean while work was being done and also when my new flooring was installed. Would hire again if needed.
