The hot tub I got unfortunately is an older used arctic spa so I have to deal with competitors more often when I need to get parts. Aloha still has been absolutely great to deal with for advice, products and service. If I ever look at getting a new hot tub. You will definitely see us. Thank you so much.

Recently purchased a used Beachcomber hot tub privately (our first tub). Gail and Kelly have been fantastic in helping me get it going and providing me info to maintain it as it was all new to me. I was even able to send Gail some pictures and questions to her cellphone which she promptly responded to. Now that is outstanding service!!!!

We did lots of research and shopping around for our hot tub. Our choice depended not just on the hot tub itself but on the level of customer service we expected to have down the road. Needless to say, we chose a Beachcomber and wanted it installed short notice on a blustery winter day...they were troopers!! We LOVE our tub, and it came with the best customer service. Gail, Kelly and Mitchell are so knowledgeable and patient with answering any questions that we have and it feels good to know that if any issues arise during the life of our tub, we are in good hands. Highly recommend Aloha!

These folks give the best customer service anywhere. Gayle called us and FaceTimed us and (we live 2 hours from Regina) called us again as we were solving our problem. Back and forth we went until she was able to solve our problem annnnd had the part in stock! They delivered our hot tub many years ago and have been there to help us with water treatment and testing ever since. She even remembers our names!!

I am a first time hot tub owner and feel I could not have selected a better place to make this purchase. Owners Gail and Kelly are so friendly and knowledgeable! They made me feel at ease with everything from financing to setup! Their staff member Lindsay sold the hot tub to me, it was their no pressure tactics and confidence in the beachcomber product that solidified the sale!

Excellent service today! Thank you Gail! Any hot tub issue in Sask, in the dead of winter, is cause for concern. The security of knowing that your dealer will be there for you when needed is a major factor in choosing a tub. Timely response to our SOS last night and prompt service puts Beachcomber right up there on top!
