Last June, I brought my Tesla 3 around for a joint PPF and ceramic treatment. They were great at answering questions and accommodating my weird, night shift schedule, and even added some bonus film when I bought the package! Took a few days to dry, which they warned me about, but my car came out shiny and slick and beautiful. They’ve been prompt and knowledgeable at answering care questions, too - Alex did a great job, you can’t even tell there’s a film on her at all.

The whole PPF experience was super positive and enjoyable.
Dimitri & Alex catered to my requests and met them 100%. Even when I had to change my dropoff time, Alex made time to open the shop to take the car in.
Alex was also the one who wrapped my bumper. He is very detailed focused.
Going thru pre-inspection, he takes me along and tells me how the wrapping process will go from one end to the other end of the bumper, and any of the potential challenges with it.
And he is open to questions/concerns, and is happy to explain them in detail before the work.
All in all, the work was superb! Price

Brought my Civic type R in for ceramic coating, ppf and tint. Price was very competitive compared to other shops when looking around. Ali is awesome tho and will return just for his service. Any questions he's happy to answer and will go above and beyond to make sure you leave happy. The car came out perfect and the attention to detail is the best. Highly recommended.

Recently after a Google search and lots of reading and pondering, I decided to get the paint protection film done on my Subaru STI at Ceramic Pro (Mississauga). I walked in and had a few questions. They answered it all, examined the car, told me the details of what needs to get done and the price also. I returned a few weeks later and it was done with quality above and beyond expectations. Dimitri arranged PPF and window tinting with my Tesla Model 3. I had my BMW done in the summer .
I had an amazing experience with this facility. It is clean, and attention to detail next to none!
I highly recommend Alex V who worked on my model 3. He is the best at what he does. He went above and beyond on the paint protection film for my 2020 Tesla model 3. The price was very reasonable and the end result was fantastic. Ceramic Pro was very easy to deal with and the staff very extremely flexible with scheduling. I would highly recommend

Amazing experience. Attention to detail was extreme and customer service second to none. So happy with the end result!! I had a few blemishes on my hood that were wet sanding mistakes gone very wrong. Where everyone else told me I would need to repaint my hood, Ali used his magic and fixed them all. Car looks new!
