Services
Krista Roesler, owner of Psych Company, is a registered psychotherapist and a professionally trained life coach by the Adler Institute Toronto/OISE (U of T). She holds a master's degree in psychology and a University of Toronto Life Science's degree focused primarily on psychology. She is a member of the Ontario Psychological Association and the International Coaching Federation.
We know that taking care of yourself often takes a backseat to your busy life. We want to make our services as convenient and accessible as possible to our clients. To help with that, we offer online life coaching sessions. No matter where you are, you can connect with our expert coaches online or by phone from the comfort of your own home.
Life coaching is an action-oriented and solution-based approach where you are not just listened to but offered effective solutions to help you reach your goals. Through the coaching conversations, exercises, various tools and techniques, reflection, powerful questioning and inquiry you develop the confidence and the trust in self to not just live a mediocre life but to thrive on the right track.
Essentially, a life coach is someone who can help one find satisfaction and fulfillment in life. Whether you already know what makes you happy, and now would like a plan to pull things together, or you have absolutely no idea, life coaching will help you figure it all out. It helps you evaluate where you are now, where you want to be and how to get there.
Coaching is about change, learning and growth. This will take time and does require an investment of your money, time and effort. Please plan to invest for a minimum of three months of coaching. I ask that you try three months because major challenges/barriers arrive typically within that crucial 3 month period.

Krista has really helped me navigate some very difficult times. She has all of the qualities you would hope for in a therapist/life coach: kind, caring, understanding, supportive, non-judgmental, and she works really hard to make you feel safe. She's very skilled at recognizing when you can handle being pushed or challenged a little bit and when you just need compassion and support. I couldn't recommend Krista more.

Krista offers a welcoming presence and she is very easy to talk to. She provides fantastic advice that I have used to meet personal goals. Her unique perspective makes you reevaluate your thoughts and provide reassurance that you are moving in the right direction. The tools that she suggests to use everyday are realistic and helpful.
