We service wet basements by excavating the outside walls, power washing the surface, then repairing all cracks or holes with hydraulic concrete. Then we apply two coats of liquid seamless rubber.
We then install a delta membrane system. Lastly, we put a big O weeping tile to the existing drainage or a new sump pump to finish the job. We service wet or leaky basements to prevent condensation & mould. We also install sump pumps to direct the surrounding water away from your house, and do crack repairs to foundations to help stabilize the structure.

Guys did a great job, showing up every day - including weekends to get the job done. Ours had to be done entirely by hand. The work was efficient and best of all it is a thorough job complete with crack repairs, two coats of rubber a membrane and sump pump.
I would highly recommend this company to take care of your needs.

They were quick to provide a quote and great to fit us in when they did. The weather didn't cooperate but they worked hard to get done in time and sent me photos showing all the steps they took. The peace of mind from having this done is priceless (although the cost was very reasonable). I would definitely recommend John and company!
