If you have a plan to buy a new RV from RV CANADA think twice. Sales department is fine but service department? OMG. Probably you will live what I have been living for months. You may receive a damaged RV and when when you ask them to fix it you may be put on hold and wait and wait for months. Neither any update nor others…

I hate buying vehicles (cars, rv’s, etc.). Negotiating, never knowing if the salespeople are actually looking for everyone’s best interest, etc. Well usually I do.
My wife and I jumped on the only travel trailer (we could afford) that was even available in the spring. It was not the one we wanted, but COVID-19 pandemic and scarce inventories… am I right? Using it a few times this past summer only confirmed we overpaid at another local dealership for something that was not the correct RV for us. Zak (Sales Manager) is a GREAT person to deal with. His knowledge, level of service, and great communication are all Top Notch.
I live in Toronto, and I purchased an almost new Motorhome via the internet (without actually see the Vehicle in person) from the Ottawa location. Zak did a Fantastic job answering all of my many, many questions very quickly, and his description of the Motorhome was 100% accurate.
The Finance manager, his name is Ran, is also GREAT to deal with. I had many questions for Ran too. He is very timely in answering texts, emails, and phone calls, and his professionalism made

We recently booked an RV vacation with RV Canada with Michel Ferland at the rental office from August 14-20, 2021. The rental experience and pickup went really smoothly and we were on our way to Bon Echo Provincial park for our first stop. This is when things went astray...

I would just like to share my recent experience at Rv Canada
The finance specialist Mr.Kevin Yang did an amazing job getting us an amazing deal that gave us everything that we wanted as well as Kyle in the Sales Dept.who was very informative and understanding to what our needs were.
Both of these men did a great job an made our visit with them very agreeable

Be cautious if you are planning to purchase a new camper. Unless it's sitting on the lot and you can see it, don't expect it to show up when it's promised. I purchased a camper in March 2021 with a delivery date in mid May. That date came around. A phone call to dealership and I was told to expect a delivery by June 01. Called today, twice as I didn't get the return call I was initially promised, and was told they don't know when to expect the camper as the manufacturer was not responding to their requests.

The transaction I had with RV Canada was a quick one at my request, I contact the sales department on a Wednesday and left with my travel trailer on the Saturday. As I was travelling from out of town I needed to ensure everything was in order prior to my arrival and they delivered. Possibly due to my situation once I arrived I felt rushed out the door, however even with this all was ready to go.
Edited my review after a follow up from the sales agent. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend RV Canada.

No pressure sales, helpful and easy!
Looking for a new RV and not sure what to consider or ask for fear of pressure tactics...
Ask for Rob at RV Canada. Recently purchased a very NICE RV and Rob made it simple and easy. I visited multiple times, called his personal Cell and work number often. Looked at many options.... each time I was greated with a smile, patience and helpful advice.
Even the service team was detailed and thorough. The PDI inspection and lesson was appreciated and detailed. I also appreciated the professional and safe delivery service to my lot 1h30min away.

Great experience buying a used RV from RV Canada.
