We made the mistake of thinking we could easily order black out blinds from an online retailer. We measured wrong and the quality was poor so we returned them.
We made up for that first decision by contacting Brite Blinds. From the time we first contacted for a quote to installation was about 6 weeks which I think was acceptable.
Fahid came to our home, did measurements, went through our options and provide a full quote the next day.
The installation was about 1 hour for 3 bedrooms and an awkard window that needed ladder access. The installer did a great job. The end product looks great and

I am very happy with the services provided by Brite Blinds. Very efficient and excellent installers. Good quality blinds.. I highly recommend this company if you need someone to install new blinds.
One week after blinds installation, I requested them to extend blinds chains. They sent their guy to my place within one week and he did an excellent job. Good quality blinds and excellent workmanship. Highly recommend this company.

We ordered and had our zebra blinds installed last July (2020). Dealing with Brite Blinds for the purchase and installation was an excellent experience. Last week, the motor for one of the blinds stopped working. I called Brite Blinds last Thursday afternoon to report the problem. They took my information and told me someone from service would be calling me back to set up an appointment. They called me back the next day (Friday) and made an appointment for the following day (Saturday). Lorne replaced the motor and had everything up and running again in less than 30 minutes!

I was impressed by the customer service at Brite Blinds. We found an issue with one of our blinds, chain broken and looked like the track fell off. I wasn't sure if it was damage or covered under warranty. They had someone come out on time at 9am the next morning to have it all fixed. Looked at any other issues I had with the blinds and explained any options and advice. It ended up being covered under warranty. Very quick and friendly service.

One of the reasons I chose Brite blinds was based on their consumer report awards. If you are a micromanager and don't mind following up with the company on your own, then this will work for you. They are a company where their failures are a result of their success (i.e. they are really busy and can't keep up). I got one roller shade and cellular blinds (Norman brand). Product is great and installation was awesome. The office forgot to tell me there was a change in my order and I didn't notice until installation day. Was given a percentage off. We have been dealing with Brite Blinds twice in the last several years. Although it was not a big job for our condo, the service was amazing and the prices were very reasonable. From the sales manager's quote, to both installers who did a great job, to Violet in the office, we couldn't be happier !

Ordered top down/bottom up cellular blinds in late 2015. The ordering process and consultation with Farid was pleasant and efficient.
Waited longer than usual for installation because the company gives their installer a month off each year so he can visit his family in the Philippines. We love dealing with a company that looks after their employees! Happy employees make for happy customers. And he was worth the wait! The installation was quick and professional and we've been very pleased with the product (all at excellent prices).

From the first time I had contact with people from this company until the contracted work was completed, I was totally satisfied with the outstanding customer service. We did have a wee issue with one part of the project (not the fault of Brite Blinds) but the owner ensured his workers returned and made the needed corrections to make the outcome perfect. Great company with great management which I believe is the result of great work being done by all the employees. I highly recommend this company for any type of window covering work.

I was referred to them by some neighbours who said they were excellent. Farid, the local rep serving our area is a pleasure to deal with and very professional. He called to arrange an appointment and arrived on time with a big selection of blind choices. Measured everything correctly.
All done and installed in 2 weeks! Tyler, the installer did excellent work.
