This place is fantastic. The staff are extremely friendly and the vets are very knowledgeable. Our puppy has been there several times both to update his vaccines and because of a parasite he had. The staff are always very gentle, provide recommendations but don’t try to push anything you don’t think is right for the dog. They are reasonably priced and make a point to avoid unnecessary costs whenever possible. They even always clip his nails for free which is an added bonus. My puppy loves being there.

So professional, so caring and attentive, I truly can't say enough good things about this clinic & staff --especially Dr. Swift who has been following my aging cat for years now, making sure we give him the best care possible within our means. If you're looking for a vet, this is the place!

The staff here are super nice and accommodating! I brought my 9 week old puppy there for his second round of shots and second vet visit. They explained to me so much about his breed since it's our frist time with a standard poodle. They explained the bery minkr issue he had with his canines and how I can help them and they even gave me a new puppy pamphlet! I wasn't expecting that but it was super helpful.

While the care via Dr Hann last week couldn't have been better and more compassionate.
It was sadly over shadowed by an awful receptionist/vet tech. Picking up my dogs ashes was traumatic as hell as she made the process near unbearable. To the point where I asked when she came out to my car without my dog that if she was the person I had spoken to on the phone that I needed her to send someone else back out with his ashes. Instead she continued to look after me herself and we awful.
I thought about calling and discussing with the office manager, but having lost my heart dog a week ago I wasn

Highly recommend this vet clinic. When my male cat wasn't peeing Dr. Hahn agreed to squeeze him in. She's very thorough and knowledgable, was able to give me detailed information including evidence (or lack of evidence) from research studies. She gave this information in a very unbiased way and was clearly just there to help me make the best decision I could. All the staff were very friendly and it was a great experience overall.

Dr. Hahn and ALL the staff are by far the best in the city! Growing up Dr. Hahn cared for my dogs for their whole life span. Now I have two dogs and cat; I tried several other vets because they were closer to where I live but I was never satisfied with the service I received. I now I drive half an hour to Hurontario Veterinary Hospital because they truly are the best. I always walk away with peace of mind knowing my pets are getting the best care possible. Dr. Hahn's knowledge and experience surpasses that of any other vet I have encountered. I HIGHLY recommend this clinic.
