I had Alberta wholesale fireplace install a Kingsman gas insert into my old wood burning fireplace in March 2021. Overall, I'm not too happy with the fireplace or the service. The first fireplace installed was not the one I ordered. After the installers left, I called Alberta wholesale fireplace, and they did replace it with the one I ordered, once the one I originally ordered eventually came in. The metal scratches off the frame, leaving behind silver scratches, which makes my new fireplace already look worn. I paid for a custom surround, which was installed lopsided. We had a new fireplace installed about a month ago and we could not be happier. They did it all; demo and removal of the existing unit, rebuilding the chase (existing chase was lacking insulation and was not large enough), and install of the new unit. They were clean, polite, timely, and the price quoted was the price we paid. An added bonus, our new fireplace unit was built in Canada.
I recommend these guys to anyone looking for a new or replacement fireplace.

We just had our fireplace converted to gas yesterday and I'm so happy with how it looks. Steve is excellent to work with - he answered all my questions and explained everything in detail when he came out to quote me and I thought the price was very reasonable. Tom, Robert and Dave were great during the install and explained to me the process and how it all worked afterwards. When tearing down the wall we discovered the studs were very spaced out horizontally rather than vertically which made it difficult to mount the TV previously. Steve was absolutely wonderful and cares deeply about customer service. We were replacing an old wood stove that had a crack in it and needed to get something new that would pass inspection. Out of all the stores we shopped around that day, Steve was the most informative and knowledgeable as my partner and I didn't know what to look for when it came to wood stoves. We decided to install ourselves and even then he was so generous enough to offer us to call or text him when we picked up our new stove if we had any troubles during the process (and we did).
