When we needed caregivers for our 84+ mother, we were incredibly lucky to find Eldercare. Lisa and her team were so responsive to our urgent circumstances and were able to get care in place for us in a matter of hours. The caregivers were unbelievably compassionate with Mom and the nursing care (which DID NOT cost extra !!) was very professional. Fees were more than reasonable for what Eldercare provided and better than any other service. Highly recommend this team of true caregivers

We engaged Eldercare Home Health about two months ago, when my parents’ ability to manage on their own changed suddenly. Although it was right before the holidays, Eldercare responded quickly and soon had help in place. Our team are polite, pleasant and reliable, and the caregivers always seem to be well-briefed. I also appreciate having the backup support of registered nurses, plus Eldercare’s well-organized approach to communications. Very happy with the experience to date.

My father has dementia and when my mother fell and broke her hip, suddenly there was no one to care for him. I called several agencies but when I spoke to Lisa, I got the feeling that this was the agency for us. Lisa came to my parent’s house to meet with me and my dad in person while my mom was in hospital. She was calm and empathetic and knew what this whole horrible experience was like for us. Eldercare provided excellent and consistent care for my Grandmother allowing her to remain in her own home for an extended period of time. I carefully researched the market for a personal health care operation that would send to our home a qualified person to look after my wife who has cancer and whose mobility is limited.
I selected amongst others, Elder Health Care after receiving a number of good responses from various providers.
My selection was very much based on the personal visit of the owner, Lisa Wiseman, to my house where she interviewed my wife.
This approach was an understanding and compassionate way to offer the services available.

My father began to suffer from dementia a few years ago. Almost two years ago, he began to require daily observation and care. As he has continued to deteriorate, I supplemented his daily care using the services of Eldercare Home Health Inc. They have been very responsive to my needs and have been very professional. After a very poor hospital experience, when my Dad had to return to hospital again, we wired Eldercare to ensure he was well taken care of during his hospital stay. My Dad was particularly fussy about his caregivers and over the course of his stay, he was so pleased with the caliber of PSWs Eldercare provided that he continued to have them care for him when he came out of hospital. We were also very pleased with the level of care he received, and the ongoing supervision of his care by Nurse/Case Managers. We highly recommend Eldercare Home Health.

Several years ago my mother, who was suffering from early stage Parkinson’s, had a serious fall and ended up in hospital. Lisa Wiseman was kind enough to come to the hospital to meet my mother and discuss the options for remaining at home.
