I took orders for custom masks with my paintings on them which you guys provided flawlessly, and everyone has been SO incredibly happy with the quality, both of the printing and the fabric and fit.

I also super last minute had a dress made with my paintings on it and it arrived the day before my show and I couldn't have been happier with the quality and the fit. My favorite masks. I have only had good experiences so far with this company. I've ordered several masks and their turnaround times are better than most mask printers I've worked with.

I have been using AOW for 2 years now and I’ve been pleased. I’ve had a couple issues with delays of resolving issues but as a business owner, I appreciate that they always try and have come through. Customer service could be more easily available especially these days when the competition has chat with immediate help, that would be nice.
I am surprised at the bad reviews especially on quality. One of the reasons I like AOW is the quality and my customers always say the same thing. Great quality! I use them for prints, totes, pillows, and I did some stockings which customers loved!

-Sent an email with 6 questions, got an answer 4 DAYS later on 1 of them.

Poor customer service and very long production times. Most of the time your order will sit as paid for almost a week before if goes to production and then production takes a week. I have had very poor customer service and my questions are ignored. Their design tools are very bad and poor quality you can't even properly see how your design will look as it is distorted and blurry.

This is not a great option if you plan to run a successful shop using them as print on demand/drop shipping. Your customers will be mad. I ordered a sample of 2 christmas stockings, it's been 2 weeks and they are still 'in production'. Can you imagine a customer waiting 2 weeks for your to ship their order? That's not something people will tolerate. Not only that but it's impossible to contact support. I sat on hold for 2 hrs before I gave up. They take a day or two to respond to emails. There are a couple products that I think are really nice and if I want to sell them, I would just order wholesale

Sometimes very hard to communicate with. Other than that have been good and the quality so far has been good. I have onyl ever ordered bedding, leggings and a bag. .

If you want a print or a tee printed, they are okay but they take forever.
If you want anything else they offer, just save your money and your time. Their sizing is totally off, and their finishing on products is horrible. They sewed the handles and side seems out of line on the tote bag I ordered, and they think it is okay to print some text on the top fold on the bag where it is visible (see images).
Their customer service is greatly lacking. If they dont like your issue, they will just ignore your emails like they never got them. I tried to work with them, but they do not know how to work

Unsatisfactory for a few reasons:
1. Beware of the sizing. I ordered two XS skirts for my relative who normally wears size zero. XS is too small on her by a long shot! The M size leggings I bought for me fit my relative who is normally an XS. No refunds or returns. Very disappointing.
2. Customer service was hit and miss. When I emailed to inquire if my package had shipped I got a response the same day. When I emailed to request an exchange for a larger size in the skirts, I got no response. When it pertained to problems, I was ignored!

I've ordered a print, pillow case, tote bag, and a pencil case just to try out their printing quality, and THEY ARE ALL HORRIBLE with the price I've paid (about $100 for just one each). Their customer service is much worse believe it or not; it took them 5 days to respond my email and would not solve issues but to make excuses for horrible printing quality. Not only that my design became very pixelated, the background of the design is beige, but they printed white. When I address this issue to them, they only gave me a few links that explains why their printers cannot print certain colours and

I Haven't Been Impressed. We've placed over 40 orders with AofW and they normally take 10 days to 2 weeks for delivery, which is slower than I would like. And many have taken closer to a month, especially over Christmas, which I understand is busier. My biggest complaint is, even though they have a phone number, NO ONE ANSWERS, and email replies are 48 hours OR LONGER. Hard to run a business when this is how one of your suppliers communicates regarding customer service. And if there is a problem between them and your e-com store, it's never their fault and no one is there to help sort through the

Art of Wow! My wife knows that I get extremely frustrated with software that doesn't work properly. There are plenty of opportunities for the Art of Where software system to not work; however, every step of the creation process I've been extremely pleased and impressed. And the tie-in to our Shopify platform is flawless. I haven't yelled at my computer once! That's a miracle.
Bravo Art of Where. You've helped us add to our physical store, creating a stunning artistic look, and it was relatively simple to do so.
