We updated our bathroom 5 years ago using premium products all with a lifetime warranty. When our push down pop up sink stopper stopped working correctly I contacted Tyler at Contemporary Bath and asked him to provide the manufacture and the part number so I could do a warranty claim. He did not provide this information and offered to sell me a replacement for $122.66. I requested this information two more times which he ignored.
We then took pictures of the part required to Wolseley plumbing where they went out of way to help, assured us that the part was under full warranty and provided us with
