Capital City Cranes' mission is to be a leader in service and maintenance in the Alberta region. From preventative maintenance to unexpected break downs our team of experienced technicians will always be there to keep your operation running smoothly. Everyone on our team is trained in AWP, Fall Arrest, First Aid and WHIMIS, as well as many other site specific training requirements.
We service and repair all major makes and models of overhead cranes, jib chain hoists, monorail systems, manual chain hoists and lever blocks. Our service technicians have the required 10,000hrs overhead crane experience to safely provide you with all your repair and maintenance needs. Preventative maintenance has been proven to save on costly downtime.
Capital City Cranes is now in its ninth year of business and with our continued growth we have moved into a larger facility. The new location allows us to more efficiently service the needs of our expanding client base. While remaining central, our new location provides great access to major routes and will continue our great response time in the Edmonton area.

Our service technicians have the required 10,000 hours overhead crane experience to safely provide you with all your repair and maintenance needs. This is a hoist motor off a 7.5 ton overhead crane.
Our inspection services cover all the electrical and mechanical components on your cranes. Also included is a visual inspection of your crane structure and runway, as well as a detailed written report of the inspection informing you of any recommended repairs or safety concerns. Following the inspection will be a prioritized quotation informing you of repair costs.

We had an issue with our 15 ton overhead outdoor crane. Capital City Cranes came diagnosed the issue and discovered our main drum bearings had failed. The team at Capital City had the crane repaired in short order limiting out downtime. They are a very experienced group of professionals whom I would recommend to anyone. Great service.

These guys are the leaders in this industry! We've used them exclusively for several years now for all of crane needs, our annual inspection, engineering drawings, structural welding, emergency crane repair and new crane installation. They have always given us great fast and effective service. with honest rates and great communication. I would recommend them to anyone and you would be lucky to have them. We have had a very good working relationship with Capital City Cranes for as long as Ryan & Nolan have been in business.
