This company is really great to deal with, very accommodating and makes travel easy - even during a pandemic. Also I had a bunch of travel credit with them pre covid and they kept track of everything for me and made the best use of the credit I have for travel now. Highly recommend!!

I can really count of the World Go Team to pull it together for me in a pinch. For example this weekend, Lauryn was happy to help me make some changes to urgent bookings over the weekend. Getting one of the agents you normally book with and not a call center somewhere far away during after hours really builds confidence when booking or in a tough spot.

Tentatively, we switched to WorldGo for 2016 to see whether this travel agency could assist us with our rapidly growing company. Since our very first interactions, they have always been on the ball and have now grown to be a trusted partner and vendor for employees heading out of town, or visitors coming in to stay here in Vancouver.

I would like to comment on the excellent service that Lauryn Lantela, Jessica Bentley and their associates provide for my air travel needs. I require astute and timely support for my international and domestic work travel and this travel team provide this service very well. Some of this travel is complex due to changes that I require or delays / cancellations at interconnecting airports. Lauryn and her team are always able to work out cost effective solutions with such interruptions or changes. They have the knowledge and expertise of the monster travel agencies, but with the huge benefit of a transparent, friendly team who value the one-on-one relationship they foster with the client. As the travel arranger at my company, I have the pleasure of working with the team at Worldgo on a weekly if not daily basis. They are always on the ball and ready to assist with our ever changing travel plans, which quite often are last minute.
They are knowledgeable, helpful, and cost conscious and make my life a lot easier. I don't know where I would be without them!
They also offer customised reports to suit our company's' needs and with their low service fees, if you are not using them as your corporate travel company yet, you should certainly consider doing so.
