I cannot say enough good things about this clinic and Dr. Austin. This was not our regular clinic but I took my cat here because they were the only vet open on new years day, and I am so grateful they were. They have accommodating hours and very reasonable fees. Dr. Austin had to give us some unfortunate news about our cat, but was so compassionate and caring, he followed up and called us to see how he was doing. I feel he went above and beyond and this will now be our regular vet clinic.

I have visited this Clinic on two occasions and had my cat and dog seen by Dr.Austin. The Clinic has good hours and they have been able to make appointments same day. The front desk staff are always polite. Dr. Austin is very thorough, professional, and kind.
With the closure of Capilano animal clinic, I will be taking my pets here from now on. I recommend it to anyone who is now looking for a new animal clinic.

Muhammad (Vet) is really professional and calm. He takes his time to listen to the patient's concerns and explains everything in much detail that's easy to understand for a normal person like me.

The vets here really care about your dogs and not about grabbing your money. Went to get my dogs fixed and one of them has a blood clotting issue so they advised against it. Still got my girl spayed, and they microchipped them both and took really good care of of little friends. They treated them with kindness and told me I had cute dogs. Thanks so much for taking care or gunnar and mochi.

My dog ripped his dewclaw and they were able to see him right away. The Doctor went over the options from best case to worst case scenario and luckily we didn't have to entertain removing it entirely :) They even gave me extra gauze and wraps and even called me a couple days later to check in on how he was and see if I have questions. I was so pleasantly surprised by this follow up. Fantastic place and so good with my boy Moose :)

Price range is great! Dr Siddique is very knowledgeable and explained how our cat’s surgery would go step by step. I would have given 5/5 stars however they asked for my wife and I to pay upfront. Which is fine, however there was a non-indigenous, non-black woman who wasn’t asked to pay up front, who was helped right after us. Maybe have all of your staff trained on how to deal with customers and make it the same for everyone. If you were to walk in my Mocs, I’d give this place a 6/10 feathers
