Callum is very knowledgable and takes care of his customers. I highly recommend him and will continue to use him. I shopped around a few brokers when I was renewing my mortgage. Using expertise others did not have, Callum was able to get me a better variable discount rate. At the end of that term, when the lender was not providing good customer service and was providing confusing (actually incorrect) information regarding my subsequent renewal, I called Callum for help and he explained what their account service people could not; and what they were getting wrong. He did this even though he was not getting anything out of the renewal as I was going directly to them.

Callum went above and beyond to educate us on the mortage process and help us through the entire way.
