Served areas
- **Structural Osteopathy**, This is the most common form of osteopathic treatment and is the foundation upon which modern training is based. It is where the osteopath will use manual techniques to affect the musculoskeletal system: joints are moved, muscles are stretched and in so doing the treatment effect can reach into the body and help the nervous system, blood supply or organ function., **Cranial Osteopathy**, Cranial Osteopathy is one of the most gentle and subtle fields within osteopathy. It is not focused just on the bones of the skull, but addresses the whole body, with an emphasis on the central nervous system, the meninges, the cerebro-spinal fluid and the sacral bone. These structures are vital for an individual’s existence and well-being and even the slightest dysfunction can cause ailments within any of the bodily systems., **Visceral Osteopathy**, This involves the treatment of body’s mobility and soft organs such as heart, lungs, reproductive and digestive organs. This treatment helps to maintain fluid circulation and also establishes proper blood and oxygen circulation. This technique is very beneficial for pregnant women, people who have undergone surgery and people suffering from severe illness.

Craniosacral therapy (CST) was developed in the 1970s by John Upledger, a doctor of osteopathy, as a form of cranial osteopathy.
Craniosacral Therapy is a non-invasive, hands-on therapy that aims to enhance the body’s own healing capabilities.
It consists of light manual manipulation of the bones of the head where there is a dysfunction/imbalance or injury. This technique brings the cranial bones, sutures, membranes or other soft tissue restrictions in the body to their normal mobility and function to relieve pain.
CranioSacral Therapy has proven to be a powerful complement to massage therapy in addressing chronic pain. While massage can effectively address abnormal somatic patterns through the musculoskeletal system, CST approaches somatic disturbances through the craniosacral, fascial and central nervous systems.

Myofascial release is a type of physical therapy often used to treat myofascial pain syndrome. Myofascial pain syndrome is a chronic pain disorder caused by sensitivity and tightness in your myofascial tissues. These tissues surround and support the muscles throughout your body. The pain usually originates from specific points within your myofascial tissues called “trigger points.”
Myofascial release focuses on reducing pain by easing the tension and tightness in the trigger points.
Our osteopath will gently massage the myofascia and feel for stiff areas. In general, normal myofascia should feel pliable and elastic. The osteopathic practitioner will begin massaging and stretching the areas that feel rigid with light manual pressure.
The osteopath then aids the tissue and supportive sheath in releasing pressure and tightness. The process is repeated multiple times on the same trigger point and on other trigger points until the osteopath feels the tension is fully released

Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) is a pain-free, unique, complete, and complementary system of table-based assisted stretching, focusing on the fascia and joint capsule as the key elements in achieving optimal flexibility, strength, performance, and pain relief. FST is one of the quickest, most effective, and most pleasant methods to eliminate pain, restore function, move and feel better in activities of life, fitness, and sports!
Fascial stretch therapy improves the mobility of your nerves and the flexibility of your muscles and fascia by focusing on the fascial lines that connect through and wrap around muscle, nerves, organs, and just about everything else in your body.

Visceral manipulation massage is a slow and gentle process of massaging the viscera, or internal organs, to promote better function, reduce pain, and increase mobility. Sometimes internal organs, such as the kidneys and the stomach, will hold onto stress which can cause nerves to lock up.
Visceral manipulation massage breaks up scar tissue, stimulate the fibers of visceral nerves, and prepare your body to better cope with the following health issues:
-Sports injuries, such as whiplash, sprains, and sore muscles.
-Men’s health problems, such as swollen prostate, pelvic pain, and testicular pain.
-Women’s health issues, such as endometriosis, ovarian cysts, and menopausal symptoms.
-Post-operative scar tissue buildup.
-Pediatric problems, such as infant colic and painful constipation.

Osteoarticular Corrections is a gentle realignment of bony joints to encourage efficient weight bearing and movement, and normalize associated function. Our Osteopathic Manual Practitioner Vadzim Siniauski uses this technique to reduce muscle spasms near a joint, ease neurological irritations around a joint, make joints more mobile and to reduce pain and discomfort.
The osteoarticular technique involves gently moving 2 joint surfaces. Before doing this, manual osteopath carefully prepares the soft tissues around the treatment area.

Since I started seeing Vadzim for my back & neck pain, I've been feeling so much better. Cranial therapy turned out to be a live saver. I spend lots of time in front of the computer, so seeing osteopath on a regular basis is really good for my body. Now I have more energy, I'm sleeping better and my pain has been largely reduced. Would highly recommend!

I really apprieciate the treatment I get from Vadzim. Not only has he helped me regain mobility and strength, but his approach to teaching and explaining how different exercises or movements are connected and helpful for my mobility is something that I can use to help prevent re-injury in the future. He is also always friendly and supportive.
