The Heatman Heating and Cooling

Marian. Responded from Toronto West owner of bungalow. Arrival has been on time and both old furnace and AC were removed by Zygy. He installed Goodman furnace and Lenox Ac on Dec. 06, 2022. It is probably to early to judge the equipment, however the Furnace works very good so far. The AC will be set on spring time as soon as warmer temp. will arrived then Zygy will come over and do this.

Regarding to other things such as time schedule, work habit and final finish I may say that all of them were done very well with professional manner and our house was left clean. Warranty documentation has been sent through an e-mail as we had previously agreed after the work was completed.

Highly and strongly recommended! I called the Heatman out of desperation when the pipe from the humidifier was leaking! I got panicked as the water was dripping right to a furnace down below. The Heatman came on time to fix so efficiently and promptly. His professionalism, humility and confidence made me and my place safe and secure right away! I am so grateful to have the Heatman! I cannot say enough good things about The HEATMAN Heating and cooling. Their response to a very damaging flood in our basement was very quick! They facilitated the replacement of our hot water heater, furnace and added an AC in some of the quickest work I've ever seen a contractor do. Today when the temperature was -20 I discovered that my heater was off. I tried everything to make it working without any luck. I called a few companies but none of them were able to come. Although I explained to them that it's freezing in our house they didn't appreciate it except Zibi he came in about 45 minutes and fixed the problem in half an hour. He also charged me the minimum fees which I really appreciate it. This is the company you can trust. Highly recommended.

Great service. Replaced water heater. Offered and delivered next day service after hours. Responded to email and texts immediately. Showed up on time and finished in 3.5 hours as estimated. Courteous and polite. Respectful of hardwood floors and doors. Much cheaper than original installer. Recommend without reservation.

I would highly recommend The Heatman Heating and Cooling. I was having some issues with my furnace and had a tech come to take a look. He had difficulty finding the problem and would have to send someone else from the company the next day. This was in the middle of a cold snap and I needed my furnace running. I spoke to one of my friends and they told me to call Zibi from the Heatman.

He came within the hour when he heard I didn't have any heat. He found the issue, gave me a very fair price and I had heat shortly after. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

Not only he knows what he is doing, he is very clean and organized.
