Quick response, efficient care in replacing entire piping in house. Knowledgable and straight to point on issues. Only problem was follow-up on some issues. Had a personal hand tool go missing after job was complete and was told it would be looked for in workers equipment. There was no follow up information provided and several attempts to inquire about retrieving it from whomever took it were not acknowledged or calls returned. Hand tool still missing.

While renovating our kitchen we had to get call a plumber in because of a small leak. When Graham was there he was fixing the repair and had informed us that the piping in our home was out of date and banned. We ended up going with Urban Piping for an entire plumbing pipe replacement. 10/10 would recommend them.

We had our poly-b pipes pre-emptively replaced and when they were describing the process of how they were going to remove the pipes, you can't help but feel worried about what your house would look like after, but if I hadn't of dropped in part way through I never would have known they were there. The house looked the same as it did when we left, the team really cared about doing the job properly and getting all the details right. It's how business should be run, on time, on budget, doing what they say they are going to do (and even going the extra mile when they didn't have to).

We live in Red Deer and still went with Urban Piping for a large poly b replacement project in spite of having several local plumbing companies that I'm comfortable using for most big plumbing projects. Absolutely no regrets, work was started and completed on time and as per quote in spite of running into several hidden surprises. I would not hesitate to recommend them for this type of project to anyone!

We were in the midst of selling our home and were told that we would have to replace some of our piping. I had no idea what polybutylene was but found out from our home inspector it is not good. Called Urban Piping for an emergency as our toilet was leaking to the downstairs neighbor's apartment. Jordan showed up within 20 minutes and did a fantastic job patching up the leak in less than an hour. Left the bathroom clean too. Ran testing between our bathroom and the downstairs neighbors bathroom to ensure the leak is no longer present. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable. Explained the root cause and provided insights on how to remediate the issue long-term so this does not occur again. Pretty friendly and helpful. The prices were reasonable due to the short notice and emergency call. They are there when you need them and 24/7. urban piping is very reliable and trusting service you can count on. Thank you!

These guys were exceptional. Had a hot water tank leak Friday in the middle of the night. They were there right away with a tank replacement. Jordan was professional, clean and quick. I have had Graham and his crew do several jobs for me now. They replaced our hot water tanks and repaired the gas line to the tanks. Then I had them replumb the whole house to replace the poly b pipes. Just recently I had them reno a bathroom. In every case the price was competitive, the work was high quality, the customer service was amazing, and they always fixed other plumbing issues they saw at no additional cost. I recommend them to everyone I know.

We contacted Urban Piping to complete a poly-b remediation in our home. Graham was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions before the work began. We really appreciated Urban Piping going above and beyond including using an air scrubber during the project to keep the house clean. They made every effort to give suggestions throughout the project and worked very hard to get the work done in a tight timeline. Graham personally came back to our house when the project was complete to discuss the invoice and any final questions or problems we might have had.
You don't normally get this kind of service from other contractors and it definitely put us at ease. We chose to use Urban Piping because of their impressive experience with poly-b remediation and because they answered every question we had and made sure we were completely satisfied. We would absolutely recommend them to others for this work to be completed in their home.
