Yuri is an awesome Hvac tech that walked us through the entire process of replacing our furnace. He did not try to push us into anything, and answered all our questions promptly with patience and clarity. As new home owners, he educated us on the types of furnaces out there and what can be done to prolong the heating system. He gave us options on what to choose, and answered all of our questions.

This is the second time we have used HVAC-Group for our furnace repair service. Our furnace is 16 years old and we thought it's time to replace to a new furnace. Last winter we had issue with furnace control board and this year was problem with ignition but technician said that igniter is not crazy expensive part and furnace might last a bit longer. Technician gave us an estimate for new furnace replacement and price to replace furnace igniter.

We decided to replace igniter. Hopefully our furnace will last a bit longer. Would like to thank HVAC-group team and technician for great work. I can't recommend them highly enough!

We hired HVAC-Group to hook-up a gas BBQ to an existing gas line. The project was somewhat challenging because of the way the existing gas line was built but Yuriy came up with a great and clean solution. The work was planned, explained to us, and done very well at a reasonable price. We are very satisfied with their work, would hire HVAC-Group again for any HVAC work and would recommend them for gas line installations.

Issue with fire alarm activation when heat turned on. Enbridge turned off our gas and HVAC Group was at our home within a day. They tested 5 gas appliances and gave us a pass and turned our gas back on. As our furnace was over 15 years old, Yuriy from HVAC Group gave me a quote for a new furnace. We accepted his quote and within a day we had a new furnace installed. They gave us honest unbiased advice, and made a follow up phone call asking if all was ok. Highly recommend the HBAC Group!

Perfect Service - Steam Humidifier Installation - We wanted to install a steam humidifier to get us through the winter instead of the regular bypass Humidifiers which never seem to do the trick. I called several companies and it seems many weren't familiar with how to install these units. I came across HVAC-GROUP and Yuriy was an absolute superstar, he came by within 2 days and installed the Humidifier with no issues at all. Very clean and professional work and most importantly very reasonably priced. Highly recommend him for any HVAC work.

I was looking for a company that can install ductless AC. My friend recommended Yuriy and from the moment I contacted him he was very professional and provided a very reasonable quote for Mitsubishi mini split. He came with creative solutions considering I have an older condo with concrete walls. The job was done in one day, which made it easier to plan for.
