Fantastic company My water heater, which was on the third floor, was replaced. extremely professional Very neat! Due to its placement, the old water heater had to be transported past the house, but they left no other trash behind. Additionally, during times of covid, they remained aloof and continuously donned masks. And after I called a number of businesses, they provided me the most reasonable and straightforward quote. I've been having trouble with my air conditioning 22 years believe it or not, I called this company ready to put a new air conditioner but I decided to check it out really good analysis on the air condition, the guy who came and checked it out found a 14 inch hole in it and told me air was coming out of it not going into my restaurant, he fixed the whole and it's been two days and so far my restaurants been cooling down a lot almost unbelievable that nobody else found the hole. That's why I gave this company five stars they deserve it Thanks for the great job!

Our air conditioner was making a lot of noise. They sent out a technician the same day. he showed up on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and showed us an easy fix. He did not charge us. He was courteous and professional. we will definitely be calling Pacific Coast Heating and Air Conditioning for our ongoing HVAC maintenance and repairs.

They are excellent. I have used them before. I would not use anybody else. Two people came out to complete the work. It took about seven hours for the work to be completed. I trust them; they are very competent. I would definitely use them again. Everything was perfect as far as leaving the area clean. They showed up on time, came when we called -- it was kind of an emergency thing. It was just very professional.
