Excellent service. James was on time, and called to say he was on the way. He went over everything with us before beginning so we all had a common understanding of what was required. He was very neat doing the cleaning, and all was left in great condition. We would use your services again, and recommend you to anyone else looking for this type of service.

Chen Dry came today and got stains out of the carpet I didnt think were possible! It looks like new!

Hugo and his assistant were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They performed a deep clean of my hardwood floors and the results were like night and day! He thoroughly explained the process and was honest to tell me what services I would not need (based on the type of hardwood floor we had) which saved me some money. He showed me the water in his machine which picked up so much dirt that mopping left behind. Very happy with the service! :)

Quick and efficient is how I describe this company. The tech was very knowledgeable about leather and very respectful and kind. Same with tools that were non destructive to the house and furniture. He explained how to maintain my leather couches and how to keep them reconditioned for the future. I 1000% recommend this company for any of your carpet or upholstery cleaning needs.

I had one of their teams out to clean a sofa chair and ottoman. They were very professional and did an excellent job. Their knowledge of fabric and how it responds to cleaning is outstanding I was extremely pleased with their service!

Great job done on our berber very dirty carpet including stairs. It hadn't been done for years in anticipation of removing it. We've had two senior dogs for the last 1.5 years and for 1 year in 2020. Though they are still good for outdoor training and shed little, they lay on the carpet leaving oils, hair behind. My husband (untrained!) has to wear shoes in the house so he carries dirt and kitchen floor spills as well as outdoor dirt on the bottom of his shoes. The tech worked hard to clean it and I wish I had before photos to show the difference. The cost was reasonable.

It was a very good experience. They were honest on what to expect ahead of them starting. They came within the window and worked the time frame given. The carpet was clean and puffed up. Highly recommend!

Had sofa and loveseat and an area rug cleaned and everything came out clean. The only complaint I had was the fella wore his shoes in the house so consequently all floors were dirty which gave us extra work. We had to wash all floors. Other workers we have had.in the house either take their shoes off at the door or.wear plastic covers over their shoes.

The carpet, including stairs, had not been cleaned in many years, and it now looks as good as new. We are very impressed with the service and result. I would highly recommend this company - 5 stars!

Stephen is a social person and gave me excellent service. I left him in my house to clean while I stepped out for an hour to do other things. My carpets had not been cleaned in about four years. We had pet stains, a vomit stain and high traffic stains in our lite beige carpets and they were able to get them all out. Initially they used a blue light for locating stains and were able to find stains I was unaware of and did an excellent job of removing them. Using a disinfectant in their cleaning process to kill bacteria leaves the carpets clean and smelling fresh. I have used other carpet cleaning companies but was left unsatisfied with the job they did. I would defiantly recommend Chem-Dry. Job well done.

Incredible experience. I put in an inquiry form yesterday and they were able to come out this morning. Rupert showed up on time, walked me through the quote ahead of doing any work, cleaned our carpets amazingly and now the carpets are barely wet. What else do you need? Highly recommend using them.
