Doctor seemed really friendly and nice. But the secretary was standoffish. Asked simple questions if puppy was ok and did ok for the shots and stuff and she was just rude with the responses like she didn't wanna answer. Also when I had called to set an appointment she had hung up and never called back. I had to call back.

Dr Mandeep is excellent, he was very professional and explained in great detail what he felt was happening to my sweet dog, Athena. He recommended a specialist to look her over and gave me good advice so we could better understand how to make her better. I appreciate his advice and looking forward to her speedy recovery!

The before, during and aftercare provided by the vet and staff here are amazing. Dr. Mandeep and staff were instrumental in diagnosing and restoring my cat to good health over the past month. They regularly checked in on her progress and were responsive in every which way possible and I am grateful to them and their skills, and the way they treated the little patient with the utmost care.

After years of searching for a good vet I can happily say we have found the right one. We have been visiting the 401 & Warden Pet Hospital for a year now and we cannot be any more pleased. The staff is friendly and extremely informative. Most recently our little one underwent a terrifying operation, which with the help of Dr. Chaudhary& all of the awesome vet techs went so smoothly. The staff is caring and makes sure not to "oversell" you with band aids, letting you know all of the options you have while still remaining affordable. After procedures they call you to check in periodically to make

A true life saver! When my cat became sick very quickly they were able to take me in right away and get her the surgery she needed at a very reasonable price. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly kind and quick to respond. Dr. Ghods in particular was a huge help.

Took the vet 45 min before looking at my dog with an ear infection. I asked for prices. +$500 for allergy test, $130 for cultivation swap, $82 for medication oh and $39 fee just to bring your dog and another $30 for an ear cleaning (which was first mentioned after it was done. in the past it was a part of the appointment fee). declined allergy test and swap. but still got a bill of +$170 - all I wanted was the medication!!!!

I have always had fur babies and of course they need their doctors. So Ive seen more than a few vets in my time. But I swear they all took advantage of me were very rude and not understanding at all. And the exuberant size bills were just outrageous!! I never wanted to take them in unless I absolutely had to. ....But then I found Hwy 401 Warden Pet… Hospital (thanks to the Toronto cat society and a stray that came to me) and I don't hesitate at all anymore. Its a pleasure to be able to go in to 401. The doctors make you feel important and they really know their stuff. Plus they let you know

If I can give this vet a 0, I would. I first took my pomeranian here and for his booster shots and they were okay. But when I brought my chocolate lab in because he had major health issues -- crusted ears and was skin and bones due to his immune system -- the vet, Dr. Priyanka Mensinkai made it seem as though we were mistreating our own dog. We told them multiple times that his stomach was extremely sensitive to food and they insisted and gave him AD, kibble & treats WITHOUT our consent. When we got home, he had diarrhea for days. We were traumatized after that happened since he'd just

This is THE BEST Vet I have Ever Used.... and I have rescued a lot of animals over the years so Ive seen many a Vet. Most didn't give a hoot about the animal and charged a small fortune. This Vet is NOT about the money he is about the care of your animal. (I happen to KNOW that this Vet sat on the floor to help a very scared puppy calm down) Even the girls who work there are kind and caring and honestly give you the best deal that they possibly can. I will never go anywhere else my buck stops here. They deserve it.
You MUST bring your Fur Babies here. They WILL THANK YOU FOR IT

One of the more money gouging pet hospitals out there. The heart for the animal is just not there as it is to money squeeze everything, even though they do provide care. They care more about making money than helping the animal. Behind close doors they indeed lack professionalism as well. A former employee indicated to me that she walked in on one of them watching adult films.
They aren't complete garbage that's why I gave them 2 stars but there is way better vet hospitals around.
Forest brook pet hospital is by far the best pet hospital I have ever experienced for animal care.

I am so pleased to have discovered the kind and caring team at 401 Warden Pet Hospital.
We rescued a dog from a home in our neighbourhood and had a very interested potential adopter for her, however we didn't feel comfortable letting her leave our home without being fixed. I asked for a recommendation from the wonderful folks at Speaking of Dogs Rescue (http://speakingofdogs.blogspot.ca/) whom we got our dog from, and they recommended 401 Warden. It's the vet they take the dogs in their care to. 401 Warden also extends a generous discount to the rescue - which I thought was a good

We used the mobile service to put our cat to sleep and it was one injection into the neck and then the cat was put into a garbage bag.
Everywhere I have read and the people I have talked to said it should be two injections. One to sedate them and one to put them to sleep. I'm not sure why it was only one needle but would love to find out.

This vet is very reasonably priced. He is very courteous and takes good care of the pets. The receptionist may seem a bit cold at first but she is very good at her job. They do send spay and neutered kittens home the same day but you should be able to pay a boarding fee to have them monitored overnight.
