Corey was the founding member of Arctic Circle Dental Services, a company responsible for the dental care of the Kitikmeot Region of the Nunavut Territory from 2002-2005 and was owner of the Arctic Circle Dental Clinic, in Iqaluit, Nunavut, from 2002 to 2009.

Services
Brushing and Flossing: Because controlling bacteria levels in the mouth is the key to minimizing tooth decay and gum disease, proper technique of brushing and flossing your teeth is the best defense. Our team members will review with you the best brushing and flossing techniques specifically for you, and modify your home care to make it most effective between your visits to our office.
Regular cleanings are important! Depending upon what your specific dental hygiene needs are, we will customize a regular cleaning schedule for you that will maintain your oral health as best as possible. Regular check-ups are likewise important because they allow us to diagnosis problems earlier so that remedies can be as minimal as possible.
The first step in our children's dental program is to get the child comfortable coming into the office and having members of our team look in their mouth. Often this takes a number of 'chair rides' (free) appointments where the child just comes in to see our hygienist, or Dr. Grossman and go for a ride in the dental chair.
Endodontic treatment is rendered when either the nerve tissue (the pulp) of the tooth is infected or it is an elective treatment provided when we require additional support for a filling or crown by utilizing the space where the nerve was. Root canal therapy is the process where in the pulp of a tooth is removed and a thermoplastic material, called gutta percha, is placed in the void created by removing the pulp.
During your initial appointment, and then annually, our hygienist will perform a periodontal examination. An instrument called a periodontal probe is used to gently measure the space or pocket depth between each tooth and the gum. A pocket depth up to three millimeters is considered normal unless gum recession is present.

For someone who is from a old Georgetown family and grew up using the same professionals that your parents and grandparents used, I found it very hard once I started my family because most of these people like Dr. Panabaker, Dr Zelek and others alike, who worked their entire professional careers living and working in Georgetown had either passed on or retired and there were no what I would call Georgetown people to go too. So we did what most would have to do we tried places we heard other parents talked about and in the ended up at a practice we heard about from others, although never truly happy

My Wife, myself and our two girls are all clients of Still Waters. The staff are friendly and very professional. My two daughters actually look forward to their appointments. Office is clean and very well managed. Staff are always punctual and you are always greeted with a big warm smile. I highly recommend Still Waters. The BEST dentist in Georgetown! Gentle care, welcoming staff and impeccable work. Dr. Corey Grossman and his team offer expert advise for every concerns. I never imagine I'd see a 2 year old sit through a full cleaning and a 4 year old that doesn't even know he had a filling. I've never seen my family leave without a smile on their face.

I have been going to Still Waters Dental for several years. My previous experiences with dentists has not always been exactly positive.
From the moment I walked into the office I was greeted by the friendly receptionist who assured me that Cory was an excellent dentist, which proved to be correct.
Cory has had to do an extensive amount of fillings and crowns on my teeth and I have never felt any pain or discomfort.
I can not say enough about this man he is an honest, kind and patient man. If you a have a fear of going to a dentist give him a call you will be happy you did!

Our Family has been under the care of Still Waters Dental since Corey opened his Practice in Georgetown. The individual care we have received has always been first class and my personal dental health has never been better. As a young child I hated going to the dentist but now I sit back and relax because I know I am in good hands. Examinations are thorough and Dr Corey explains everything. I have never been to a dental practice that treated me as well as Still Waters Dental.

After seeing how Dr. Corey Grossman and his staff took great care with my Mother, with all her dental issues, some regular appointments and a few emergency situations, I definitely made the right decision in coming in to Still Water Dental Group. Dr. Corey and staff are very thorough in their check ups and cleanings. To which I have not been accustomed.
