Called at about 1:30 a.m. as I was stranded on the side of the highway 105kms from Moose Jaw. More than happy to pay him whatever he wanted for his assistance. Instead he said it was too far away and didn't want to come help us. Was condescending because my husband was having issues putting the donut on in the cold dark on the side of the number 1. What tow truck driver leaves someone stranded on the highway. Clearly this is not the right line of work for you to be in. Do not recommend at all.

What an awesome companie besides they need to get rid of the girl in the office named Barb she was completely rude to me. The tow truck driver Steven was such a big help couldnt get my truck out from the lake so he called up darryl and he was there in an instant with chains after about 2 3 hours of Steven trying to pull my truck he finally got it out with the help of darryl. If barb changed her attitude around when shes talking to customers this would be a really amazing companie thanks Steven and darryl!

Was charged 20 bucks for 24 boir storage when my jeep had just been dropped off 14 minutes prior to me paying for the tow. Then after i paid ny bill i had to wait 45min for a driver to come amd unlock the gate for me to get my jeep. Only reason they are in business is because of people in need of desperate help and are unaware of other options or simply because the moose jaw police services only uses them for calls. Id give zero stars if i could.

I have no words about how rude and unprofessional this company is.
More over after talking to them and explaining my problem they were not ready to understand any thing. Thanks to the receptionist for be un imaginably rude.
I request god to bless them with some customer service skills.
And request moose jaws public to stay away from these folks.

Best in town was very well done and better then any towing company were on time as best andas can be due to some busy days and nights,we do try our best. very affordable.always call for the safe, longest, people that care to keep you safe and in your way.eather a tire change or a boost cause the battery died cause you fell asleep listening to music in a rest stop. The best tip any one can give us is there safe on there way or a good old fashion clean respectful comments. We care for our town and wanna see it grow

I haven't lived in Moose Jaw since 1988 but it upsets me to see so many negative reviews for this company. No company can last 45 years if their service was as bad as some of these reviews claim. Walkers towing was the towing company our family business always used in the 70s and 80s (Texaco service station) and they always gave great service to us. I remember calling them to pull my car out of the ditch one very late, drunken, rainy Friday night at 2am when I slid off a muddy country road in the middle of nowhere, and Mr Walker was very courteous and professional. He just shook his head and grinned

Not impressed with Walkers Towing. Had a tire blowout on highway just before 7am. Called CAA to advise. They mentioned Walkers towing is currently busy and would be there by 8am. This is a -20 morning with wind chill of -30 on a very busy highway. Walkers calls me back within 5 minutes to say they are just finishing up a boost and will be right over. At 8:02, no word so I called back. They apologized for telling me they were coming and didn't. Said I was next on the list. 8:45 I call back. Was told that they did help someone else before me and they would get to me in a half hour. It is 9
