Tom Gong is technique director of the store, he is one of the best therapists in Big Feet Group. As a former Chinese orthopedic surgeon, he has extremely rich clinical experience.

Early in 2014, in order to provide our growing clientele with better service, Big Feet Enterprise decided to join the franchising business model. Entrepreneurs can participate to expand our brand and operations and, at the same time, fulfill their dreams of setting up their own business. Big Feet was established by Shirley Z. Shaw in 2002.
I had migraines for the last two months straight. Waking up every 30 to 40 minutes while I sleep. Chiropractor didn't work. So I went to here then massage my neck for 45 minutes and then they massage my feet for 25 minutes. That night I kid you not I had. I have gone to many Big Feet locations & this is by far the best one!
Founded by Shirley Zhang Shaw in GVA (Greater Vancouver Area), the Big Feet Health Group franchise has grown to more than 20 shops and more than 300 employees. This would seem like nothing in mainland China, but to the Chinese community in Canada, it is definitely a large enterprise and a tremendous accomplishment.

I left Big Feet being chased to my car by 3 employees and the manager, while he filmed me with his phone and forcingly held my door open so I couldn't leave. Here is what happened:
After a body massage I sat down to get a foot massage. Five minutes into my foot massage, one of the employees comes to me with his phone asking if I parked my car in the back. I told him I had and this is where he accused me of scratching his car. He said he will call 911! I told him he had made a mistake as the scratch he showed on my car is over 5 years old and did not match the scratch on his. He walked back

Big Feet - 1346 Marine Drive North Vancouver, has the WORST customer service. I have given them many chances & every time they say they will improve, but it never changes. I booked an appointment for my husband & I a week in advance, I called 2 hours before to ensure they are not running late or they have made an error for our appointment, the manager assures me everything is on time. When we walk in, they take us both, they start with my foot reflexology session while my husband has his feet soaking in the water. After 10 minutes I ask where his masseuse is, they said just a few minutes

I've been here twice for foot reflexology. First experience was good - I had a male masseuse and he did a really good job. I had a second appointment today and won't be going back. There was an unpleasant smell throughout the space and even though my masseuse was responsive when I asked her to apply more pressure, I really didn't enjoy the massage. It just didn't feel great to be honest.

Just left Big Feet in North Vancouver BC totally disgusted by their manager ... Im sitting in the chair having my feet dried after a nice hot water soak.. The young lady was drying my feet and the manager walked up and asked me if this was my first time there and i said no.. i had been there a few times... then she asked to cut me to a half session as the young lady begins to work on me... then she tells me two other ladies just came in for a massage and would like to have the same massage time so shes cutting my session in half as im in the way... VERY CRAPPY SERVICE..... so I left with

If you are looking for deep tissue, it's not a place for you.
I was unlucky and got a "masseuse" that was very harshly moving his elbows on my body, sometimes going over the bones, that me and the whole bed was shaking. He never really got anywhere deep, mostly over the top of the skin and bones.
The opposite of relaxing ((
I asked him to work on my feet and cuffs, but he kept going back to my back.
Also, their pipes that are located on the ceiling are leaking, so be careful and don't get wet ;)
Plus some of their staff is loudly speaking Chinese, quite annoying and non relaxing

After a few days of outside adventures in the cold, I was feeling a little beat up. This place came up on Groupon, so I made an appointment for a same day 50 minute body massage. Maura did the damn thing! She put her entire body into it! I haven't felt that relaxed in a really long time, and I might say that's the best massage I ever received. The place could have been a touch more zen, but honestly, once Maura started her magic, the ambiance was irrelevant. Loved this place!

I dont feel these people know how to run a business
First of all they double booked us, then they said no you cant get a massage, one guy ran over to a girl , to ask her about our appointment, she seemed as confused as us, it was the most unrelaxing experience! I would never go here again. Plus they dont speak very good English so its hard to understand them all
We walked out , stressed and unsatisfacted!

Johnson was a very strong, skilled, and professional therapist and I can't wait to go back!
I walked in and was served immediately. Not sure which service to order I asked for some neck and upper back tension release w the foot and leg reflexology. Johnson did both and charged me a small fee of $45 for an hour of bliss..... Ok and hour of bliss mixed w good pain (from which he says I'll feel better later).
The location has free parking in the rear of the building (street parking almost non existent on marine drive!).
Very clean and brand new equipment. Cozy chair, nice clean blankets
