If there was a way to put zero stars I would. Absolutely disgusted with how they treated myself and my dog after they made a mistake. They never cared to compensate me for their mistake, weren't sympathetic or apologetic at all and didn't care to keep in touch or follow up with me. Despite what their mistake was, as a business owner and as someone that has dealt with customer service for year's, how they treated me after their own mistake was absolutely discuting. I definitely do not recommend this place at all. It's a big NO and zero stars in my opinion.

So happy to bring our Siberian husky, Winter, at this clinic. Everyone in their team is so nice and patient, from Michelle to Robert to Dr. Bick. Everyone was so caring for our family dog. They are very fair, accommodating, understanding, and genuinely caring. Thank you to everyone at Erin Mills Pet Hospital!

We were clients here for only about 3 weeks when our greyhound Monty fell rapidly ill after moving to Mississauga, but I am so glad that we found this place for him. Drs. Starink, Veitch, and Peter were all great with our shy old pup. Dr. Starink in particular worked SO hard to get Monty an appointment with a specialist (she succeeded!), and when we had to say goodbye she was extremely kind and compassionate. I very highly recommend this practice.

I can’t say enough good things about the Erin Mills Pet Hospital team. They have provided excellent care to our furry family
member for years and have gone above and beyond the expected standard of care numerous times. We are so appreciative of their service that we continue to visit them despite having moved out of Mississauga. Highly recommend.

I was desperately trying to get an appointment for our little Maltese Paul. He had been coughing and gagging. Sometimes vomitting for a few days. Everywhere was completely booked up but the wonderful team at this clinic was able to literally squeeze us in between appointments and thank the most high God they did as Paul was starting to show signs of heart failure. The Dr ( I believe it was Dr. Bick Jassal) told me to get Paul to emergency at the animal hospital immediately as Paul was in trouble. I did and Paul is still alive and on the road to recovery. Had we not seen this Dr we would be without

We would like to thank Dr. Starink and her team for the care they have provided to Dezi for the past 16 years. Even though it was not one of his favourite places to visit they always did their best to make him feel at ease. I can’t express enough how grateful I am for the amazing vets and staff at Erin Mills Pet Hospital. The entire team has been so supportive after the unexpected loss of our cat Misty, and they continued to support us in caring for our newly adopted kitten Penelope when she was very sick. Our furry friends might not always look forward to going to the vet, but I always know that both they and I will be met with kindness, enthusiasm, empathy, and excellent care.
