My girl gets the best of care here from Dr. Cheema and his staff! She can be a bit fussy and vocal and I appreciate the patience and attentive care they provide her every single time. Dr. Cheema has always explained things so thoroughly and appropriately answers any questions I have.
The hours of the hospital are also amazing--staff can typically get me in later in the day when I call in the morning.

We have been taking Molly our Shih Tzu to Dr. Cheema for almost 5 years now. From special diet food, immunization and a recent dental cleaning this clinic has been absolutely fantastic with our dog. We are always well informed of our dog’s health records, the best course of action and fees. Dr. Cheema is by far our favourite veterinarian.

Sage Hill Animal Hospital's team is amazing!! They are always kind and knowledgeable and gentle with my anxious cat. Dr. Cheema is a very skilled Vet, and always has solutions for problems that I cannot find on google. He never pushes treatment outside of what is absolutely required. He genuinely cares about animals and is passionate about his work. Prices are fair and comparable. Thanks for the great work!

We commend and highly recommend Dr. Cheema and staff at Sage Hill Animal Hospital. We have been at Sage Hill for the last two years and always been pleased with the service. On a recent busy Saturday, we called with a possible problem. Our dog was squeezed in late afternoon and discovered she needed surgery. Without hesitation for the lateness of the day and other patient commitments, the surgery was done and our dog ready to come home after 8 p.m.

Love the treatment that my cat gets at Sage Hill Animal Hospital! All the staff is really polite and professional, Dr. Cheema explains patiently everything I need to know, and the prices are really fair and affordable!
Even being far from where I live, since first time I went there, I decided that I am never taking my cats to another place. Recommend 100%!

Our dear dear 3 year old dog got attacked at an off leash area . I called many Veterinarian hospitals in my area of Rocky Ridge and Royal Oak and no one would take our fur baby . Wouldn't even come out to look at him . So frustrating.
Until I called Sage Hill Animal Hospital .
Thank goodness they took a look at our boy .
The staff was extremely kind and caring.
The vet staff kept us informed at all times..no need to call them for they were on it .

I have only good things to say about The Sage Hill Animal Clinic. Everyone was so kind and my cat received excellent care. All details were explained clearly by Dr Cheema which eased my concerns. One last comment about this clinic, it is reasonably priced. Thank you to all the staff who looked after Daisy! She is 100% better!

Absolutely love Dr.Cheema! He is so great with my dog. I also love the flexibility of same day appointment, weekends or evenings. We had an emergency on a Sunday once, and it is so great having a vet who is open and not having to go to an emergency pet hospital, or pay a “weekend fee”. I also really enjoy having the pet wellness plan. It really takes a lot of the stress and worry out of caring for your animal when you know you have something like it.

Our sweet little Emmie (Labradoodle) broke a tooth late Saturday evening. We didn’t notice until the next morning. We called Sagehill Animal Clinic to get their advice and then took her in that Sunday morning for initial check. It was recommended that the remainder of the tooth be extracted to prevent any infection or abscess. Our first impression… was that the telephone conversation and first visit were very good! Based on this, we booked Emmie in to have the tooth removed. Dr. Cheema and the staff were amazing! Friendly, concise, understanding, informative, and genuinely cared about

Where do I start... everything about this place is amazing. Dr. Cheema is such a kind, compassionate and honest human. 6 months ago we lost our dog to pneumonia and we went to him for treatment last and he did everything he possibly could to save him. I honestly think he would still be alive if we went to Dr Cheema to begin with. He was honest… with us and was definitely not in it for the money but truely wanted to help our dog. We now have a new pup and are currently going to him. His staff are kind and so good with my dog. I will never go to another vet again. He is the best as they come

It was a Sunday, and we went immediately to the closest place that was open -Sagehill Animal Hospital - unannounced and very worried. We had never been there before,… having taken him to his first vet somewhere else to get worm medication, and from the second we walked in we were treated like absolute gold.
We filled out forms and when we saw Dr. Cheema, he would not quit until he solved what was wrong

I love it when things fall into place. I'm a new resident to the Kincora Community and finding the right place to take my 3 fur-babies was high on my priority list. I couldn't be happier to have met Dr. Cheema and the staff at Sage Hill Animal Hospital. I love their Wellness Program and signed all 3 of my dogs up immediately, it's absolutely… worth it and having been a dog owner for many years I'm well aware of the costs of owning a pet, this program saves me some money and simplify's things for me.
