Beware of very poor customer service. I just bought a new car and tried to get a quote for insurance. Because I had been a long standing customer, I contacted the office directly. While I waited for a return call I used the State Farm website to get a quote. When the office called back I got the runaround. They were totally unfamiliar with their website offering (which quoted a better price) and blamed me for the confusion of what was or was not used by the website to generate the quote. Then I spoke with the Agent, Randy Legrow, who refused to offer assistance and hung up on me, saying he no longer
