Our experience searching for a rental unit with Stephanie Sfara at Venture Real Estate was great. Stephanie found us so many great listings in the area we were looking at, and she was really in tune with what we were looking for. Stephanie was also really helpful in designing our offer to our landlord, and when I spoke briefly to the landlord’s real estate agent, I was told that Stephanie fought hard for us against competitive offers. We couldn't be happier with how we were treated and worked with by Nick Damiano of Venture Real Estate. He was extremely responsive and very pro-active on communicating with us, from the sale of our house to the purchase of our new house. I wish I could find some criticism to help him better himself in his career, but I honestly can't think of anything that he could have done differently or better for us. We had some difficult moments in both aspects (selling and buying) that I'm not sure any other realtor would have had the patience to deal with us on these issues and walk us through them as methodical

**Very Unprofessional**
I had called Stephanie yesterday morning to arrange a viewing of a rental property on Bartley Bull in Brampton. Stephanie said that she was available yesterday and I suggested 7:00pm. She then said she could be there for 6:30pm.
We arrived to the location at 6:15pm (as working professionals, we understand the importance of punctuality and efficiency, clearly not everyone understands these terms). After waiting for 30 minutes without so much as a phone call or text, we realized she was not showing up called her cell # only to be transfered to voice mail. A message was left
