Acupuncture is an ancient Chinese therapy involving inserting sterile small gauge needles into certain areas of the body (known as acupuncture points). These small needles stimulate the nervous system by stimulating blood flow to the area. This ultimately helps the body release chemical signals to help with pain and discomfort.
Congratulations on becoming a first-time pet owner! Along with the excitement and happiness that a new pet brings into the home, a new pet also comes with a huge responsibility. Is it possible for my pet see the same veterinarian/veterinary technician each time we visit?. Can I call and have you fax a copy of my pet's rabies certificate and proof of vaccinations to the kennel where my pet will be staying?. What precautions/measures do you take so my pet doesn't feel pain related to surgery/injury/infection/chronic disease?.

What I am so upset about is ; We rushed Our very sick cat in there. Within 20 minutes the vet went from saying We should pay them $1000 & Our beloved cat Bandit should go to the 24 hour animal emergency & We'd be paying top price. But within 20 minutes without even having time to cope or decide, we were then told We had to Euthanize. Not that night, not the next day but right then.
And it would have meant so much if the Vet explained why We couldn't make Bandit better. We had so many questions afterwards, but We don't know why 20 minutes was enough to be certain He couldn't get better?
I hope

Today we brought in our puppy Nia for her second set of shots, our first set since we've had her. The staff was great from greeting all the way through treatment, Nia didn't want to leave, rumour has it that she just wanted more cheese whiz!
Great staff and seemed very Knowledgeable...
Can't wait to go back for our next visit

My family has been coming here for gosh.. let’s just say I’m 25 and I don’t remember NOT coming here lol. My dog gets chronic ear infections, Dr Wells listens to me when I tell her what works for him. She doesn’t try and charge me for the swab when I know what the result is going to be. Instead she uses the medication that’s worked for his 20 other… ear infections. I got to the point where she’s the only vet I’ll see because she doesn’t fight me on the need for the swab, which costs me an extra 70+ dollars. My dog loves Dr Wells and she spoils

We arrived in London, ON in 2018 with a senior beagle lady who despite a clean bill of health was diagnosed with a late stage malignancy after suddenly becoming unwell. The Fairmont team were always sympathetic and caring, ensuring we made informed decisions and referring us onwards to achieve the best care and arrive at the best decisions for… her. The team always had time for us. Unfortunately we lost our beloved lady when she could no longer cope with her disease and she was euthanised at the clinic when all options were exhausted. We are confident she was looked after by a caring team

We started taking our animals to Fairmont Animal Hospital after our regular vet that we knew quite well and loved very much moved out of town to work elsewhere. We had heard that Fairmont was a great clinic and decided to check it out. Of course, we were a bit hesitant that we may not find the same great service that we had previously received from our other vet, but these fears were quickly abolished when we met Dr. Parker and the rest of the Fairmont Team. At the time that we started attending Fairmont, one of our dogs was dealing with some very complex medical issues. Dr. Parker was so kind

My husband and I started taking our two beautiful cats to Fairmont Animal Hospital after we moved to London from Guelph. Finding another vet is a very difficult task and we are so thankful we found Dr. Parker and all the staff at Fairmont Amimal Hospital. Our one cat was suffering from hair loss caused by her biting at herself. Our old vet tried so many things and nothing worked. My husband and I were feeling so helpless but after we met with Dr. Parker she outlined a plan and gave us hope back. Dr. Parker and all the staff at Fairmont Animal hospital e-mailed me daily and now my cat has all her

*** This review pertains to the reception and front of house. I have not had any experience with the Doctors ***.
My cat is on a special prescription food. When I moved to London from Vancouver, I had an AWFUL time locating a vet that would sell me the food without bringing him in for an unnecessary and costly exam. Aside from having had regular vet visits and being prescribed the food, my cat had to have an exam and shots just before leaving BC as we travelled here through the USA. I wound up so frustrated by the 8 or 9 clinics I went to that finally I bought the best food for him that I could
